Showed up in the evening and they were able to help me right away. After spending a week on the phone with Verizon and not getting anywhere, they helped me and got me fixed up in about 5 mins. Very good experience!

We came in about an hour and a half to close for help activating our new line. Chris V sat down through two layers of tech support to get our phone activated and we walked out just 2 minutes before close. Very professional and managed to solve a problem four other agents couldn't at the other company. Would 100% recommend their service! Just maybe don't show up so late

Today I went in and spoke with Nico. He was hands down the best cell/internet rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest, direct, genuine.... not to mention the eye lashes were on point! :) I could tell that he truly cared about my issue and that was worth more than I had hoped for!! I'd definitely go back for him any day!!

I had the pleasure to meet Fred, who helped move all of my old phone information to a new one. Earlier that day, I had a few negative experiences at my job and was pretty stressed out. Fred was empathetic and promised to take care of my needs. Thank goodness for Fred's sensitivity, professional demeanor, and skillful service!

I went in today after a poor experience with Verizon at Costco. I asked for a specific person to help me knowing he had helped me in the past. Xavier stepped up to help. He was amazing! He and I laughed together and he made sure I wasn’t paying for a phone that had more than what I need. Thank you Xavier for your excellent customer service!

They treated me very well. I came in and they got right to me, we went through my whole plan and ended up leaving with two phones with no pressure. Fred. was really nice and did a great job, he had the same phone i wanted and walked through the new features with me. I will come back to them.

I went in to transfer my phone and the employee started arguing with me about paying for the service when the payment was not an issue for me. He must have been having a bad day and took it out on me.

I've used this Verizon store several times to transfer data to a new phone, update/change my plan or buy new equipment. Most of the time there is a 15 to 20 minute wait for someone to help. Sometimes they can't solve your problem which can be frustrating. Overall I've had good experience at this store, with only a handful of negative experiences over the years.
