This review has less to do with this specific location and more to do with Verizon itself. I went in with my family to get a new phone. We have been Verizon customers for over 5 years. We hadn’t upgraded any of our phones in over 5 years. When each of the 4 of us went to upgrade the phones, 3 of the 4 went through no problem. Mine on the other hand was flagged as being on a fraud list. Nobody at this location could help with it and we ended up leaving that day without me getting a new phone. I came back the next day to try again. We called the fraud department and got someone who could barely speak English and insisted that we talk to the account owner even though I am an account manager. I gave up, drove home and called the fraud department while I was dusting next to the account owner of our account. This person never asked to speak with the account owner and was able to get me off of the fraud list.so now I order my new phone through the app. All goes well and I go pick my phone up at the Verizon store the next day. I take it home and start the transfer process and everything transfers over to my new phone… except the cellular service or the eSIM. So now I can’t activate my new phone. Iv been on hold so long it’s ridiculous. Iv tried to start chats on the Verizon app with an assistant and haven’t gotten a reply back from that for over a half hour now. The one time I did get to talk to someone he didn’t know why I couldn’t and said he was pushing it up to tied 2 whatever that means.
This whole experience has been insanely difficult. The only reason I’m not leaving Verizon as a customer is because everyone else in my family already got their phones and signed a new contract.

I had the worst customer service of my life. I wish I would have gotten the “customer service” agent’s name. He talked down to everyone and was very dismissive. His attitude was less than desirable. I have been a Verizon customer since 1995. NEVER have I been so disrespected and offended. He clearly didn’t want to do his job. So, I sat in my car in the parking lot and called Verizon. I got three new phones and my bill lowered. This was after I was told that couldn’t happen.

Verizon sucks I've been a member for 20 years and the past 2 years has made me hate them I will never get another plan by these scam artist they tell you want you wabt to hear then walk you on the bill and act like they didnt tell you that

Used to be 4 stars. Guys had been amazing. Haven’t seen them for awhile so not sure if they are there. Last few times I’ve been there they lost my place in line and ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes. They did apologize for that. But also gave me false information on my account and has led lots of phone calls to customer service that we don’t really have the time for

Joshua and Ezra are amazing! They both went above and beyond to help me with a problem I had from another carrier. They were very knowledgeable and were able to offer assistance in how to fix the problem. I am very appreciative and I would highly recommend Verizon as a cellular or internet option. Their customer service is outstanding!

Will never deal with them again. Sent me 3 more bills after i disconnected my service. And the phones and jetpack were PAID OFF ALREADY.. If you transfer service be careful because they will charge you without sending you a bill and lock you out of your my Verizon account so they can add on extra charges. Very disappointed as i was a loyal customer for 5 plus years

This Verizon Store is located on outside & East side of VRC Mall..Easy access plus plenty of parking. Clean modern style inside...The staff has always been very nicely dressed...polite.. respectful...and extremely helpful !

Went in today trying to sort out a debacle that started out attempting to create a new customer account and phone purchase online. I do not recommend doing this at all. The VRC location is a corporate store and can provide more help than the others. Brandon was definitely an expert in customer service going above and beyond my expectations assisting with the overly complicated situation. Maximum level of appreciation achieved.

Charlie provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. He was very knowledgeable about the services Verizon offers. I was setting up a second phone line for my business and Charlie thoroughly explained the various options available to me, and the pros and cons of each. He's a diamond in the rough. On another note, I read the other reviews people left, and I don't think these guys deserve the negative ratings. In my experiences, the staff were all well trained, professional, and genuinely concerned about taking care of my issues. Don't let the bad reviews keep you from visiting this store if you need help. Trust me on this. You may have to wait 30 minutes (at the most) for your turn, but it'll be worth the wait.

Roseburg Verizon store in Oregon the help is lacking customer service. There were 4 of us waiting, understanding sometime there can be a wait I waited 25 minutes another person was waiting for an hour. There we’ve two employees there. One helping a customer and the other one walking around he didn’t come over to letting us know we are sorry about the wait. So I walked upTo him and him how much longer do we need to wait? He’s reply “I’m not sure”.At that time I replied “I just have a quick question” he at that time, took care of my question. Another lady customer asked a question then she and I left very disappointed that we didn’t get taken care of sooner.This team in Roseburg Oregon is representing one of your Verizon Wireless stores, and if so, I would be reprimanding your employees at that store for unacceptable customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has made a complaint.
