Roseburg Verizon store in Oregon the help is lacking customer service. There were 4 of us waiting, understanding sometime there can be a wait I waited 25 minutes another person was waiting for an hour. There we’ve two employees there. One helping a customer and the other one walking around he didn’t come over to letting us know we are sorry about the wait. So I walked upTo him and him how much longer do we need to wait? He’s reply “I’m not sure”.At that time I replied “I just have a quick question” he at that time, took care of my question. Another lady customer asked a question then she and I left very disappointed that we didn’t get taken care of sooner.This team in Roseburg Oregon is representing one of your Verizon Wireless stores, and if so, I would be reprimanding your employees at that store for unacceptable customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has made a complaint.

I went in wanting to switch carriers and get a new number on my own plan! Charlie was so helpful and made the process so EASY. I have had iPhone since the 4 came out. I finally switched over to Samsung. I was worried about learning a whole new platform. He made sure to answer all my questions. And most importantly transfer all my data from iPhone to Samsung. I was worried since I have photos that are not replaceable. He deserves a raise! Thank you Charlie!

They really don't seem to know what they are doing. They rely on tablets which must give them instructions and if anything is even a bit unusual, they haven't a clue. Amiable enough but gormless.

The manager Jonathan was awesome!! He solved an issue that corporate took more than 2 hr talking about!!! This store was very friendly n accommodating. Verizon is not at its best. This store is.

This place was terrible. We needed to upgrade a phone and went to the Coburg store, to do so….its closest to where we live. They were sold out of the iPhone max pro 15….but sent us to this location because they had one in stock. We were 4th in line when the store opened….we were told a 30 minute wait……we waited more than 2 hours….the gal that I think might have been the manager…was useless….we finally got called up for our turn but learned later the phone that was in stock was allocated to someone else…? the gal helping us asked the manager for help and she was very lazy…and said she did plan on going to Starbucks for a drink….but she would give a quick check to see if there were anymore phones. I mean, isn’t your job to sell phones??? You need to go to Starbucks…2 hours into your manager shift? In the 2 hours we were there…again 4th in line at opening….i heard at least 4 F words from upset customers and many Verizon customers walking out…is this really what you want Verizon? Shoutout to the Coburg location….you rock….we definitely should have just stayed there…and ordered a new phone…but the Coburg location was being helpful and letting us know we could get one now…….but that certainly wasn’t the case. Note to the manager…or the gal that sat on her Fanny while your employees were doing their best…..you are the reason we will never come back to that location. Ever….

literally the worst store in eugene clearly these guys dont care about sales or walk in THEY CARE ABOUT ID ?? i came in wanting a whole bundle a iphone 15 pro max a apple watch and a IPAD that i was willing to buy and showed proof of ownership but i just didnt have my id and they still wouldn’t sell it to mw they suck completely worse than any other stores in eugene if your thinking about going to a good store go to a TCC store totally recommended man these guys get paid a good hourly so they wont care about commission clearly, this store need to run out of buisness

I wanted to share, because this was the third store I went to, and the Olympic and royal store people could get me out of there fast enough, didn’t seem interested in helping us at all! And apparently gave me false information, was going to charge me extra “because we prepaid” I don’t know, and they sent me around town because they didn’t want to help us, or maybe they just didn’t know what to down . Then Ezra at VRC got us right in, he knew exactly what to do, and went about helping us right then, and he didn’t charge me anything! Knowledgeable, smart, good looking! Give that man a raise. I have never had this good of an experience at the phone store wether it be Verizon or att, and he even had me thinking of switch service from by current service.Thank you Ezra, made my day. I would give you no stars .....Verizon has gone down hill over the years. What ever happened to going in and getting a phone in like 30mins now it it takes hours which is BS cuz if you do it online and at home it's takes less then an hour y'all need to get your crap together and go back to the old ways where u can just go in and bam your done and got a new phone this is so ridiculous now and after the fact y'all still screw crap up

In my experience, they are competent at this store, but inefficient. After waiting for 25 minutes for a scheduled appointment, I walked out the store and made an appointment a different store. I will increase or decrease this 3-star rating based on future experiences, but my plan currently is avoid this location if possible.

Customer service sucks. You get a runnaround by the computer then it hangs up on you. My verizon app doesnt work. Trying to get a live customer service rep is impossible. Ive been with verizon for about 3 weeks now and Im already ready to switch providers. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!
