Courtney went above and beyond my expectations when I came in to get my new phone set up. Her knowledge of how to transfer data, accessing my account when I forgot my password, and technical expertise was impressive. She reviewed my account, saved us more than $25/month, and got us two new phones to boot! Not only that, while she worked with me, she also advised the other agent about how to handle her clients' issues. She's a gem, give her a raise and don't lose her!!

The store on W 11th in Eugene is the best. If you have a problem or question ask for Clarissa. She solved a problem with porting my number into Verizon, solved it in about 15 minutes. The other store on Coburg Rd that caused the problem just told me to keep waiting, after waiting for three days. Clarissa is the best.

Needed lens & screen protection replaced. They took care of me in less than 10 min. Because I originally purchased screen and lens protection at this store replacement was $20.

Staff ordered a new phone and gave me a 1-2 day estimate for when it might arrive. After SIX days, I went back to the store for an update. After waiting to get buzzed in, waiting for a staff member to acknowledge me, and waiting for a staff meeting to end, it was about 30 minutes before someone assisted me. My phone was not there and they proceeded to tell me there was no way for them to track it or estimate when it might arrive. The person assisting me felt it necessary to point out if I shopped online instead of in this store I would "still need to wait for shipping time" as if that wasn't obvious. At least then I might have an estimate of when a phone would arrive. Disappointed to say the least, I will not be shopping here again.

Tried to return an item to this store where I purchased it at 3 days ago I paid 305 for the item up front and $329 with activation and though I knew about the restocking fee of $50 they couldn’t and frankly wouldn’t figure out how to give me the right amount of money back $255. This is the second time I've had issues with the store after purchase. Will never use them again.
As a side note I contacted verizons customer service and they refunded me the whole $305 with a ten minute phone call.
