I told Courtney at this location about a THOUSAND times that I did not want the Verizon care on my new phone, because I already had apple care. She tried to talk me into it over and over again, and finally when I was handing her my card she assured me that she HAD taken it off, and I would not be charged. The next day when looking at my e-receipt, come to find out she had lied to me, and I was charged. Had to call corporate and talk to two different people and didn't even receive a refund, just a credit for my bill. (That I can't even use for another two months??) Seems like they will tell you whatever you want to hear but care more about commission. beware of this.

I've never been scammed by a huge corporation before, so I believe there is a possibility that extreme incompetence or possibly theft is the cause of this issue. I was helped by Jacob P in March. I traded in a phone for an $800 credit. I never recieved the credit. So now I'm out a phone I could've sold and $800. I have spent many hours on the phone with Verizon support and they say that since they never recieved the phone from Jacob there is nothing they can do. I will now have to spend even more of my time and money trying to fight this in small claims court. Be extremely careful at this location, do not let Jacob P "help" you.

We upgraded 3 cell phones and bought several accessories. We were at this particular store on what could have been one of the busiest days of the year. The sales associate Alex was so awesome. We had an overall excellent experience.

Good experiences so far at this store. Got what I need quickly, in a couple cases despite the presence of other unruly customers whose lack of manners and breathtaking incompetence regarding details of contracts or even just basic knowledge of how their phones work was met by the agents with patience and empathy. I think the West 11th store is a good alternative to the VRC corpo location where the customer service is less about solving problems and more about rehearsing the company line or whatever. I'd recommend making an appointment if possible. It'd probably save time, and I'm sure it makes it easier for the agents to manage whatever odd contingencies happen to walk through the door on a given day.

Recently I went in to upgrade to a fold 5 and despite a bit of a wait the service was top notch. Dalton and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to help. They get you the best deal or the best help that they can provide. Not only are they outstanding in their service, but they were very patient and kind to some very difficult and unreasonable customers during the time I was there. They also got me into the fold 5 for only $3 more monthly. Outstanding all around, everyone there deserves a raise.

Kevin at this branch did an incredible job yesterday, August 15, and deserves a raise. He was staffing the store singlehandedly, and there was a line, but he was focused and upbeat and helpful. In the past I mostly have had frustrating experiences with Verizon and kept using them because my options were limited, but after the work Kevin did with me yesterday, I have a positive impression of the company for the first time in forever.

The manager here helped us navigate account options that would save us a ton of money and took his time to patiently deal with several problems. There was a line of people waiting patiently and I would guess it's because the support here is unmatched.

Alex was awesome! Had excellent knowledge of all the plans and products, shared all the options, without being a sleepy salesman and pressuring us into extra purchases. We also had our kids with us and they got a little rambunctious, but he was so patient and kind to them and never made us feel bad for bringing them along!

My sim car failed, ordered a new one offline. Went to the west 11th location. Some guy gave me a SIM card that wasn't set up for my phone and told me to just call Verizon to set it up. Store was empty, employee was frustrated and dismissed me. Took me another day to get it hooked up. My business lost money being without a phone for so long. ??

Alanna was absolutely the most helpful customer service representative for us and our situation l. She spent close to 2 hours in the phone with a previous provider trying to solve our issues, and took the time to do it right herself when they couldn't come through.
