“I needed tire chains for my van to go over Mt.Hood I am from ********** and this past year the store has changed for the worse. I looked all around Automotive for tire chains no one asked me if I needed help I went upfront and asked and the answer was if we have them they would be back there. As I found out they don't even have them out yet. I called the Madras Bimart they were so helpful and they had them out like they should. ***** answered the phone and was very helpful got the chains and put my name on them behind the sporting goods counter. Thank-you *****”
