“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”

“Juston repaired some parking lot damage to my rear bumper that went all the way to the plastic and required filling and painting. I had the car out in the sunlight to see if I could see where the repair was done. If I couldn't prove it with "before" pictures, you'd never know I had a repair. I couldn't even find where the new paint was blended with the old paint. Amazing work at very reasonable prices.”

“My car was hit by a woman and then she referred me to this place which fixed my car but I don't know if there was any damage to the rear wheels of the car, they just told me that my paint was fixed but I think there seems to be damage to my rear wheels because every time I start my car I can hear a strange noise that wasn't there before. So I think this place can fix the paint as well as the dent, but can't do anything about the bent wheel.”

I am basically having to do everything to get the money from other insurance- thought that was part of what I pay for… well luckily the Caliber folks deliver even better service than you pay for and they will do all the legwork with insurance and rental so I would go back to them tomorrow but with different insurance as I am ditching this wreck of a company and heading elsewhere.”

“I was really happy with the service I received at Vicious Custom Auto. The owner was very professional and kind. The photos can show that the repair looks great. When my son first saw his car when picking it up, he texted me, "It looks brand new!!!!" The new paint sparkles and I'm so glad we stumbled upon this shop.I found this shop by searching Google for places nearby. At first I wasn't sure if this place only did custom upgrades or if they also did insurance claim accident repairs, so I called and asked. They do both and I saw a beautiful classic car being worked on in the bay. The other driver in my case was at fault for the accident and dealing with their insurance was a pain. Dealing with Vicious was awesome though! The owner handled the insurance part for us wonderfully even though that's probably not his favorite part of the job.Finally, I want to say that we had 2 estimates done (at the request of the other driver). Both estimates were very close, we chose Vicious because the owner was kind and straight forward when we called. I think this is a testament to his legitimacy that his estimate was very similar to the other shop and in the end, it was accurate too. So, thank you so much Vicious Auto!”
