“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”
“The guys at West Hills Collision were so great to work with throughout the entire process of trying to get my car fixed. I was having a lot of trouble navigating the shady insurance world, who had deemed my car a total loss despite it being in very good condition prior to the accident and driveable afterwards. Even though they weren't ultimately able to fix my car because of insurance, these are honest dudes that helped me so much in understanding this process and dealing with my insurance company. Hopefully it won't happen, but if I'm ever in need of an autobody shop in the future I will 100% go back to Brock and his team at West Hills Collision.”

“I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.”

“I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone with their car repair needs! Thankfully the damage that was done to my car was superficial, and Timothy was able to give me multiple options at different price points. He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. We ended up doing the cheaper route (just a buff out of the paint transfer) and at the end of the service, he reassured me that this repair took no time at all and it was on the house.
I have heard so many horror stories about mechanics and repair shops taking advantage of people, and this shop really blew my mind. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you again to Timothy and everyone at Collision Caliber for your help today!”
“Great service. Have used them for 2 vehicles, a Prius and my current Tesla. They were able to repair my Tesla within a couple months which is pretty quick considering other shops can take a year. I turned to them after one shop estimated a 2 month repair, but kept postponing until it was now 8 months”
“I drive a 2005 Silverado, had a blown head gasket and needed a new motor. I called around and got referred to Carolina Kustoms. I called the shop and talked to Lonnie. After talking, he made some calls and hooked me up with a brand new remanufactured motor. Another shop wanted more money for a pick-and-pull motor with 80,000 miles. Once the engine came in, they swapped the old one out within a couple days.I think I had to wait a couple weeks after calling to get my truck in, but after driving it around the last 2 months, it was well worth wait. Great work Lonnie and team, I'll be back for more work in the future.Enzo is a good pup too.”
“Some dude in an F150 managed to hit our PARKED car, denting the heck out of the front side. His insurance company (State Farm) listed International Collision Repair as a recommended shop, so we went with them. We are so glad we did. Literally from the first contact with them through the day we picked up our repaired car, they were a pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, transparent with every aspect of their work and the charges, and on and on. In short: They made an unpleasant experience (having your car banged up) as pleasant as humanly possible. I hope we never need this sort of work again, but if we do, International Collision Repair will get our business.”

“I am committed to providing an honest review of my experience. The repair of the A pillar was executed with excellent craftsmanship, and I commend the quality of the work done. Additionally, the unforeseen removal of the windshield was addressed promptly, although delays due to Tesla's parts supply were understandable. It took a month but it's expected. Please improve communication, since I had to ask for another update regarding the Windshield. They replied pretty quick and in detail.The only detail the cleanliness of my car upon its return. It was covered in what seemed to be dust from sanding, which was somehow expected considering it had to sit for a month. I suggest improving the car covering procedure, especially for extended waiting periods, to ensure a pristine return. No big deal, I managed to clean it myself within a day.I appreciate the overall service and attention to the repairs.Customer service post-repair is something I truly appreciate, and it's not often found in many shops. Thank you for providing that extra level of care.Update:I noticed as well that the copilot side of my hood bears marks resembling someone's attempt to clean it with a abrasive sponge, resulting in damage to my Paint Protection Film (PPF). The light scratches and a noticeable stain are particularly evident on this section in the sunset light or with a flashlight. I'll try to fix it...”

“Highly recommend taking your vehicle here!! I took my Jeep Patriot in for what I thought was a simple leak and they had discovered there were multiple leaks all throughout the back end of the car. They kept me informed through the whole process and even ended up salvaging some of the parts so that I could save a little bit of money. “I was T-boned by someone who ran a light, but was insured. I worked with KC Halsey Collision Center to re pair the body, wheel and more on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises. Dustin was immediately responsive but unfortunately had bad news for me once they examined the issue.
