“We were in a panic as the rains in Portland had turned my daughter's car into a mobile aquarium. She had lots of mold and a previous attempt to resolve did not work. Then we found Detail by Miles, the website told the story of what he does and we were convinced it was who we had to work with. If you have issues with Mold and a leak in your car, you will find no one as detailed and determined to find and fix your problem. If the fix is something he can't do, he will be able to recommend the deeper fix, if he can't do it himself. I can't recommend anyone more than Jason.”

“***** Five Stars to Burnside Collision, which I highly recommend if your car needs body work. My 12 year-old car had an unfortunate scrape with a concrete parking block which it lost resulting in the shredding of my fender liner, breaking of connectors that held the bumper to the left front side panel, and the dislodging/breakage of one fog light and one headlight washer.
The first two places I took the car to wanted well over $2,000 to repair the damage largely because of the cost of replacing the fog light (which I’ve never used) and the headlight washer which I didn’t care about (I didn’t even know I had one and can wash the headlight by hand).
Burnside Collision understood that I didn’t want to spend one-quarter to one-third of the value of my car to repair relatively minor damage (the car still ran fine). They installed a new fender liner, reattached the fender to the side panel, put the dislodged fog light and headlight washer back in place (albeit non-functional) for less than $400. They even gave me a free car wash that was the equivalent of detailing the outside. And the work was done in one day once the part came in.
They understood what I needed and wanted and charged me a reasonable price for the work. I highly recommend them to you.”

“We recently had our car egged, which caused significant damage to the paint. Because our vehicle has a matte finish, several body shops in town didn’t want to work on it. Only a few shops in the area are BMW-certified and able to handle Frozen paint repairs, and some of the others warned us that we’d likely be paying out of pocket for anything the insurance wouldn’t cover.
When we called Active, Rich was upfront about their experience with Frozen paint and assured us that we wouldn’t pay anything beyond our deductible. Throughout the process, they did excellent work, communicated clearly, and set proper expectations. They were also proactive about working with the insurance company to get supplemental repairs approved and kept their promise to not push costs back on us. The entire team seems very personable, honest and experienced. The car turned out great.
I really appreciated working with them and would highly recommend their shop.”

“Had an issue with my 2014 Touareg as it had a loose chrome strip that sits under the tailgate and on top of tfd bumper. No idea how it came loose. I lived near mackin auto body for years but never had a reason to come jn, but thought I'd stop in and see if they could reasonably pop this thing back into place. Joey took a look at it, brought over Ryan who was clearly a body man and Ryan took the strip off, tried to pop it in, which wasn't really effective, so he took it away, cleared and hit it with a little epoxy and popped it in like it was supposed to be. Did it gratis, which we weren't expecting. Super nice folks, ready go help and we're ready to send all the folks who need body work here. Thanks Ryan and Joey, and Mackin Auto Body.”

From start to finish, Jessie and Drea went above and beyond in every possible way. I brought in my truck needing a clear coat job, and let me just say… the results are nothing short of incredible. It honestly looks better than when it was brand new.

“We've used Gateway Body two times now and have had fantastic results both times. This time was replacing the bumper on our Mazda CX-5 and cleaning up some peeling trim. We originally thought the matte finish on some of our chrome could be replaced, but Ken called me back and advised me it was an after market paint. So instead of repainting it we opted to have the peeling paint removed, and what's left looks great! They also removed some pitch that had dripped down the side of the car, and that was a very nice surprise. They also got me in quickly and were finished in a week. Not that I want to need them in the future, but when/if I do they'll be the ones I call.”
