“Desperately needed a new mattress but had no idea where to start. Went to Sleep Bargains as it was on the way to some other errands. Shane took the time to teach me Mattress 101 and let me test out everything in the store without putting any pressure on me to buy. I stopped at two other places and they were so sleazy, sales-y, and sketchy that I immediately returned to Sleep Bargains and made a purchase. Shane was really patient with me as I ended up needing to do an exchange a few months later. Then helped me out when I found that I had tore the back of the mattress while I was moving it; he contacted the manufacturer and then gave me a recommendation on how to patch it.

“I have to update my review and highly recommend furniture plus to anyone and everyone who will listen they we're unbelievably kind, helpful and understanding! I bought the couch I really loved for an amazing price and turns out it was to big upon delivery and the gentleman at the store was so kind he told me I could comeback and pick out a different one which they don't normally do its supposed to be all sales final but he made the exception, and when I went back to pick out a different couch, he was so helpful, he had his measuring tape and helped me measure and make sure that any couch that I did choose would fit and finally helped me decide on another couch that I really love, which is pretty much the same just smaller. And I'm so grateful. He made the whole experience really special and didn't make me feel bad about having to return the original couch at all. I'm just so grateful I can't say it enough. And the price is there. You can't beat them for the quality of the furniture. As well as the delivery guys , they don't work four furniture plus but they are the company that furniture plus uses and they are so kind and so understanding and really good at their jobs. They're also very upfront about the prices of the furniture and the delivery , and we'll help you find a way to make it work.”

“We are new to Skamania County and were shopping for a new sectional. The service was top notch from the time we entered the store to the time of delivery. There wasn’t high pressure, but they’re very knowledgeable about any questions or concerns. Super friendly owners, staff, and a really wide selection of furniture. They were very accommodating and the young gentlemen who delivered the sectional were so polite and respectful. They took great care while taking the sectional up the stairs and even took the other sectional down for us. At our age, it was a great help. I can’t recommend this business enough. “I absolutely love the bed for my daughter! It is so beautiful!! The moment I came in they were really helpful in finding the type of bedroom set I was looking for. I came in looking for a specific type of bed set & a specific color as well as a mattress. They helped me find what I wanted and it was at a reasonable price. I purchased a queen bed set & a queen mattress. Unfortunately they didnt have it at the store & they had to order it. Which is fine. It took about a week or so to receive it. They called and setup a time for delivery and they literally were able to deliver that same day. However I was not available so we scheduled for the following day! I was actually very blown away by this because I have dealt with several furniture companies in the past, Once the product finally does come in after a month or so wait, then they call to set up delivery and then that takes atleast another 2 weeks for them to deliver it to my house!! Even after it has already taken a month for it to be delivered to them!! Which is crazy to me. But this furniture store was not like that!! Anyways, I want to add that they did however forget my queen mattress. I asked one of the delivery men where the mattress was and he was very very helpful. I could not find the receipt at that moment so I told him that once I do I will call the store and then we can further figure out what was going on. but he actually surprised me with his response and said, no worries I will call the store, they have a copy and we can figure out what’s going on right now. He was not rushing me, he wasn’t making me feel rushed and he had a great attitude about it. Because I have dealt with lots of delivery men in the past, almost all I have dealt with were always in a hurry or rush to get out of there. So that is why I told him that I would find it and call the store so they can leave but he was not in a hurry or rush at all. They did confirm that there was a mistake somewhere and they do see that I did order the mattress and he told me that he will be back. I asked him if he thought it would be today, he said it would be in the next 30 min! ? which also took me my surprise because furniture companies in the past, has done this to me a lot. They forget a product and it literally takes them another 2-3 days to come back. like when I tell you I have had bad experiences, bad it just an understatement. Sure enough, him and his partner were back in less then 20 min. The costumer service is excellent and because this has been so stress free, fast and easy I would recommend them 110% and I will definitely be going back for any future furniture purchases! I was told that they are a small, family owned business and I absolutely love and support small, family owned businesses. So that is why I wanted to leave a very detailed review, because I feel that family owned and local businesses take more pride in how they run things. Hopefully this review helps and whoever is reading this, if you are trying to decide on some where to go, well look no further! This is the place you need to be! Oh and one more thing, customers, please tip your delivery drivers!(only if it’s a good experience) Even if it simply took 5 minutes for them to bring it inside from the truck. Normalize tipping for delivery drivers like them! They do so much heavy lifting, so much driving and a lot more behind the scenes. I forgot to add, they have an option where they will put it together for you by paying a little extra! Don’t quote me on this but I think they said about 40? Which is totally reasonably considering the amount of work it took my husband to put it all together. I’m not sure if that’s a set price or not? I’m not sure if it goes by how much stuff you have? But just know that they do offer help. I personally did not need the help, but some people do. So hopefully that is helpful information! Thank you bed 4 less for this beautiful bed set and mattress! It’s not cheaply made at all! I appreciate your services as well!”

“I was so excited to stumble upon one of the few Murphy Bed warehouse makers right here in Vancouver! The staff were so friendly and helpful showing me their overstock/returns. They only sell that stuff to the public otherwise you have to find their furniture through a store.

They had several tempting pieces from Murphy Cabinet Beds that require no wall installation to couch beds and futons. You could tell they are made with quality materials including the mattresses.

If you want to buy from their overstock, you bring cash and they load up the pieces for you to take away. When I go to get one of these, this is definitely where I will go as prices were reasonable and the staff caring and helpful.”
