I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible work you and your crew did on my truck.
While driving on the freeway, my left front tire suddenly started making terrible noises—like a flat—but it quickly turned into violent shaking and vibrating, with warning lights flashing. I managed to pull over safely and discovered the wheel was visibly tilted inward. I immediately called you, Mark, and had the truck towed to your shop.
Your team jumped right in and thoroughly diagnosed the issue: a complete failure of the left front wheel bearing that had caused serious damage to the rotor, brake pads, and wheel speed sensor. You didn’t stop there—you replaced the entire hub bearing assembly, rotor, brake pads, wheel speed sensor, and CV axle. You also straightened the backing plate, inspected the caliper and steering knuckle, and checked the other wheel bearings to make sure everything else was safe and sound.
Because of your quick response, expert diagnosis, and skilled repairs, we were back on the road much faster than I ever expected. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference during what could have been a much more stressful (and expensive) situation.

“First off you want somebody who has been in the business for a while, talking to Glen you realize that he has been doing this for some time and seems to enjoy it.
