He really didn't need to go out of the way to do that in this situation. He got them changed in the blistering cold while being friendly. It's crazy that he comes to you!He was also honest that due to the conditions he couldn't get the tire pressures right as we couldn't drive.Helped get me to work the next few days. Every few years it seems I am put in a position where it is recommended I get 4 new tires but, instead, I go to Carothers and get a replacement used tire that matches my other 3. If you aren't buying the used tires rich people throw away then you are wasting money!”

“This place saved my life. I was driving to work, really late when all of a sudden I get a flat tire. I called them 5 minutes before they opened. I am so lucky they answered because the closer I got to there shop, the worse my tire got. I couldn't make it and asked if they could possibly send someone. And they did!!! I'm not saying they do this for everyone but I am glad I got lucky. The patched it up and I was on my way. Amazing people work there!! Definitely going there from now on for tire service or routine maintenance.”

“I always get my new tires at On Site. Today, my husband discovered a screw in my tire. I phoned up On Site to make an appointment. The young man who answers the phone said they weren't busy and to come on by. I'm sorry I don't know this star employee's name. Perhaps the owner can respond to my review and tell me. He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough it was about 20. My car was out front, ready to roll! Didn't charge me a cent. Can't beat that price! Thank you, On Site!!”
