“I always get my new tires at On Site. Today, my husband discovered a screw in my tire. I phoned up On Site to make an appointment. The young man who answers the phone said they weren't busy and to come on by. I'm sorry I don't know this star employee's name. Perhaps the owner can respond to my review and tell me. He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough it was about 20. My car was out front, ready to roll! Didn't charge me a cent. Can't beat that price! Thank you, On Site!!”

“Their service department quickly determined the cause of the air conditioning failure, a rodent. They had to do a major disassembly to get to the part behind the dash. It was completed on time, no rattles, you can't even tell the doors, dashboard and who knows what else had to be removed and put back together. They know their stuff!!”

“We are new to the Forest Grove area and were in need of repair for our Dodge Journey SUV. We googled a shop in our area and Ortiz Auto Repair popped up at almost 5-star rating. We went for it. We're so glad, we did. They are the most trusted and less expensive shop in the area. He offers military discounts. I know that doesn't sound like much, but any discount sounded good to us at the time. Once he looked at the problem, he realized that what Dodge Service Center said was the problem was really not what he troubleshot. What could have cost us $1400+ ended up just less than $300 because he said it was just a loose hose. Anyway, the car is back running and all is repaired and we're happy and grateful that we found them. Because we had a good experience and would like to send this small business repair shop more business. I highly recommend him the next time you're looking for a repair.”

“Place is under new management!!!Eli (main manager) got a really solid team working for this location. They all seem to care about the customers and minimum waiting around. Dustin (vice manager) did a great job ordering specific snow tire chains I wanted for my truck, and they arrived in a timely manner as promised for an upcoming trip I was stressing about.The chains came super tangled up from the manufacturer and after struggling for hrs at home and thinking it much be just the way they were made, I called the store back, and was told they would help make things right for me.Thankfully, Eli had the skill and patience to teach me how to detangle them and install.Aside from management, the rest of the employees were super friendly and easy going to talk to and answer other random questions I had.Thank you all for the 5 star service!”

He’s essentially a human Rolodex of knowledge on quite literally any car built in the 20th century and beyond (i.e. all of them). He’s aI was lucky enough to stumble upon his number and called about an oil change after driving across the country from NC, we scheduled a time and he was ready and waiting when I arrived and got it done in about 15 minutes at an extremely fair rate. Guys a machine — a natural purebred mechanic. On top of being a genuine hard-working American he’s got a breadth of fantastic stories that could fill a library, and should you be so lucky to build a rapport you will consider yourself blessed.
