“Last night I was pulled over and received a warning due to my tail lights not working, this was a Friday night. I could not figure out the issue, and my normal shop was closed till monday morning when i needed to be back at work. I stopped in here Saturday they took alook and resolved the issue in an hour and charged me a very fair amount! Will go again.”

“My appointment was at 8 am, when they open. When they unlocked the door a gentleman called my name, took my keys and got my car right in. By the time I was checked in they were already half done with my car. They were very polite and friendly. I believe I spoke with Jordan? Very nice you man. I was there for no longer than 30 minutes. And the tires I got were top of the line and a few hundred dollars cheaper than the competitor. They look great. Very happy with my entire experience. Keep it up, you guys are great!!”

“Extremely trustworthy mechanic and he does an amazing job too! I've had multiple experiences with Luis and his team, and they always go above and beyond. Additionally, I took my girlfriend's car to get the brakes replaced and Luis told me the brakes were fine and did not need replacing. I can't tell you the number of shops I've been too where they would just replace it anyway without telling you.

“Am very satisfied with the service that I received at Les Schwab today. The brakes that I had installed about 11 months ago were down to metal on metal even though I had only driven about 12,000 miles. I took it in because it was within the warranty window. I expected them to just replace the brake pads but they did the complete package, pads, rotors and calipers at no cost. They definitely stand behind their warranty’s! I will have all my tire, brake and alignment work done with Les Schwab.”
“Popped by at 4pm due to a screw in my tire that was losing air quick. They got me in, told me 1hr 45 to 2hrs, and had it done within that time frame. Since it was a simple plug it was free of charge which I wasn’t expecting. With how busy it was before and after I got there, I’m super happy and impressed with how quickly they got to it. With the changes at the dealership no longer servicing vehicles older than 2010, I made an appointment with Honest-1 for the window regulator needing attention immediately.
