I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Sadly I feel a 3 star is necessary as they don’t have a single post card stamp for sale. Don’t see how a Post Office can be without stamps

Very unkind staff, particularly the man who works there. I avoid this post office by all mean.

Wouldn’t give one star if I could! Hopefully they all lose their jobs. All rude, lazy and incompetent! With every other way to communicate, pay bills ect this is a waste of money. I especially like when I return mail that’s not mine the mail man rips up the mail and throws it back in my box or on the ground in front of our mailbox. Pretty childish behavior. Hopefully they come clean up the littering on private property.

There's a multitude of issues with this post office but they also haven't updated their address with Google maps, apparently ever, so it leads to some random run down building next to a guitar shop.

as a business, we called USPS in forest grove to find out why our packages were being incorrectly marked as "customer moved" when we haven't moved, and in fact, have been an established business for 25+ years. the man who answered the phone was extremely short with us and rude. He flat out REFUSED to deliver our packages because we don't have a mailbox. However, per USPS REGULATION which is very clearly listed on the USPS website, businesses are NOT required to have a mailbox or door slot if they have an accessible lobby where someone can accept packages. which we have.
directly from the website: "Are businesses required to have mail receptacles or door slots? Mail receptacles or door slots are not required at businesses and offices that are open and have someone on hand to receive the mail when the carrier calls."

There are usually only two people on duty at the counter, sometimes only one, so occasionally there is a short wait. But I've always found Luke and the woman to be very knowledgeable and efficient. Keep up the good work !!! And thank you :-)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently shipped something to my family that said delivered but they had not received it at their house. I called the post office to get a simple question answered on if it was sitting at the post office for pick up. I spoke with Andre. He gave me a ton of grief and backlash on there being a message they won’t deliver due to a bee’s nest. I was trying to explain to him that I don’t live there and didn’t know and was just trying to find out if they had it or not but the whole time he was talking over me and belittling me. Also why would they mark something as delivered when it wasn’t.
Worst service ever for the most simple request.

I would give a zero if I could. Love my mail delivery person hate the post office. They keep getting my mail mixed up with another persons with the almost the same last name. I never get my mail and they keep saying the address I am at is wrong and have put said persons last name on my mail.

One service the USPS offers is picking up packages that you schedule online to be picked up the day before. Our regular carrier is a very friendly person to have everyday conversations with and does a great job doing this very dependably and has a great attitude in doing so. However, when he is on vacation and has a replacement covering his route, about 25% of the time our packages are not picked up and occasionally, they are not picked up, however entered into the system as though they were! We have narrowed it down to 2 of 4 of the possible replacements that have this problem. I know it cannot be that they are not trained on the system as as previously mentioned they are commonly entered as being picked up when in reality they aren't. One of the 2 offenders is really bad in that when he drives on by I have had to track him down (the next set of boxes) to give him the package(s) at which point no words are spoken, rather a rude, disgusted look. I understand that it's probably frustrating and time consuming to have to do this, but why offer a service that's not being followed through with?

Worst postal experience of my life, but they don't care. They don't care about any of your reviews. They will keep being incompetent forever until the end of times. And they thrive on our misery.
