“We had an issue with our class B sprinter van on a Sunday, the first day of a month long trip. I called a couple rv repair places but no answer. So when we finally made it to our first destination I looked again on the internet to find a repair business. I called Coastal and immediately the owner Shawn answered. He sounded so positive and came to us in an hour. He worked to get the problem solved and said he'd be back to finish it. The next morning he persisted and solved the issue. He was so pleasant and focused on getting our rig working again. We highly recommend him.”
“My partner and I are in Seaside over my weekend on a short trip and we woke up yesterday to a car that wouldn't start. Doc's accepted us on short notice, had the source of the problem figured out quickly, and the car fixed and back to us by the next morning. They actually had no time for the next 2 days but still squeezed us in right away. They explained everything to us before doing anything and they even gave us a little discount.

“I drove a couple hours to Seaside for a conference & when I arrived I noticed my tires looked very low. Even though I only had a 45 minute window of time, I took a chance & headed to Schwab prepared for a wait.
When I arrived I was greeted by Cody who told me not to even worry about going inside. He got me straight into a bay & I was literally in & out in 5 minutes. Excellent experience! Thank you!”

“I needed a repair of my 2014 Ford Escape and once again Astoria Ford did not let me down! They got me in quickly AND my customer service advisor, Chris Graf, was the best. Ask for him! I had shopped before going in and had food in a cooler in the back of my car. Without ice! I began to worry about it and was going to walk to Walmart to get ice and Chris said "I'll do it!" It was pouring rain. I was grateful! Of course, I offered to pay for the ice and he refused. Besides that nicety he kept me advised every step of the way. I didn't get to meet the service technicians, but I have no doubt they are just as helpful, and well qualified, as Chris. Kudos from a happy customer. Outstanding customer service!”

“I had a special request paint job (let’s just say much smaller than a vehicle) and where everyone else told me no, Mark said yes. He didn’t have to. He said he had never done anything like it before but yet he agreed.
He knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the final product. His attention to detail was self evident within the first few days. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing to bring their vehicle back to factory condition.”

“I took a friend of mine that was visiting from K Falls and had to put his temp spare on his Acura, due to a flat tire during his trip. After getting a competitive quote on replacing 4 tires he opted to do that, we dropped of his car and went to breakfast, by the time we got back, they had it knocked out. Overall, they proved to be a great tire shop. Now with multiple locations, I hope they continue to grow. 10 times better than Les Schwab. Les Schwab sucks. I highly recommend .”
“I originally called PNW automotive, but moved on when they NEVER answered my call on 2 occasions. I then called Grafs' and Mike was VERY courteous/friendly and scheduled my appt. within a few days.
I just bought an Audi Q5 and there was an issue with the blind spot monitor. I also mentioned there was a problem with my trunk door not fully extending to a higher position.(thinking probably another sensor issue)
Within an hour, I was out the door. They did a sensor diagnostic test and reset the issue. They went on a test drive to make sure the lights on my side mirrors worked as directed.
The waiting room was comfortable and had an assortment of snacks/drinks to keep the stomach from growling.
What BLEW my mind was that PAUL(a mechanic) went out of his way to locate 2 hydraulic arms (out of state) to remedy my issue with the trunk door. Not only did he save me a GOOD chunk of money by not ordering from the dealer, told me they'd be in within the week!
Graf's automotive NOW has a customer for life. What a GOOD, honest, bunch of guys...VERY impressed!!!”

“Started a 7 day road trip with lots of engine lights coming on and my car shifting weird and then stopped accelerating at one point while driving. Stopped at this place to have a look at it and the front desk lady was amazing she looked at what codes my car was throwing looked at the engine and noticed something had come loose so she fixed that and assured me I would be good to go the rest of my trip. Free of charge. I made it safely the rest of my trip because of this nice lady willing to set aside the time to help us even when they had a busy schedule. A great place to go especially when you are not familiar with the area. Great customer service and real authentic people. They are also certified by AAA

“Had an amazing experience at Les Schwab Tire in Warrenton. We got a flat tire near Cape Disappointment State Park in Washington and weren't close enough to any other tire repair shops that would still be open. We called Les Schwab and they said if we could make it in by closing they would be able to help and even held a set of tires for us if the tire wasn't repairable. Luckily they were able to fix it so quickly for free! I highly recommend this location if you have any tire issues.”
