We pulled in with a tire that had a nail in it, and before we even made it inside, someone came out to the parking lot to see how they could help. They repaired the tire quickly and didn’t charge us for the fix, which was such an unexpected kindness. The waiting area was comfortable and genuinely pleasant to sit in while they worked.
