“Everybody was professional. The work I got done was well done and then timely manner, and they worked with me on scheduling with some tricky timing I had going on. I highly recommend them”

“Terrific first scheduled maintenance on my EV6. Brandon did a great job checking me in, keeping me informed, and having it ready on time. The wash and vacuum was a nice surprise. Thanks KIA of Warrenton!”

“We where passing through Warrenton when we noticed that a fluent was leaking from our car so we spontaneously dropped in here. They actually had no time for the next 2 days but still squeezed us in right away. They explained everything to us before doing anything and they even gave us a little discount. This is definitely the best experience with a mechanic I had so far. Everyone was super nice and I can really recommend going there if you have an issue with your car!”

“Taking my vehicle to Warrenton Auto & Marine was recommended and I stand by them. Being a woman and they do get ripped off so the time. I don't feel that this company would do that. Until then....I stand by them. Yes, they are very busy, yes my vehicle was their a long time, I had a list to fix. They are reliable”

“Good service. Accurate te estimate up front. No high pressure upsell (but they did upsell an air filter I knew I needed). No hidden fees at the end (“shop supplies,” waste disposal fees, etc.). A bit pricey but maybe my perspective is off as I usually DIY.”

“This August, we spent some time visiting family in Astoria on vacation. On 8/26, we experienced battery trouble and made it to the Les Schwab in Warrenton. This was on the recommendation of my cousin, a local. We were helped by Michael M., who was courteous and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem fast and determined our old battery was toast. He got us in and out quickly and explained in detail the work he had done on our Volvo. This was a pleasure since we were 1100 miles from our home in Palm Springs. What a super-nice guy and an asset to your business! Thanks again!”

“Jacob was super. Great service, keep me informed at each stage of service. Only two things I wasn't happy about..199.00 to check engine light. Found nothing wrong. And no oil change sticker on the windshield.”

“Timely, efficient and complete. From check-in with Leanne until receiving my vehicle fresh from the wash bay a thoroughly stressless and enjoyable experience. Techs were efficient and experienced. These folks are customer focused and good.”

“I needed a repair of my 2014 Ford Escape and once again Astoria Ford did not let me down! They got me in quickly AND my customer service advisor, Chris Graf, was the best. Ask for him! I had shopped before going in and had food in a cooler in the back of my car. Without ice! I began to worry about it and was going to walk to Walmart to get ice and Chris said "I'll do it!" It was pouring rain. I was grateful! Of course, I offered to pay for the ice and he refused. Besides that nicety he kept me advised every step of the way. I didn't get to meet the service technicians, but I have no doubt they are just as helpful, and well qualified, as Chris. Kudos from a happy customer. Outstanding customer service!”

“Start/Stop button failed on our truck. The service department was great to work with and getting us in and out as fast a they could. We had to wait for a part, otherwise I bet we would have been out the same day.”

“At first dealing with the service department was not fun,not getting any answers I needed. Had To wait for parts, then they said would take 2 hours to do repairs ended up taking 4 hours. Got in the car and noticed it still wasn't fixed. Went back in and was helped by the assistant manager. She took care of me but had to order more parts. Then the service manager took care of me and made sure everything was taken care of.”
