I have had a problem with the PAINTER and paint. I went to the store and Garrett came over to my house and inspected the workmanship of the painting..He said the painter did not use a primer and paint that would hold up better on the coast. Because of this he provide me at no charge the correct materials so I can fix. I WILL SHOP WITH THE STORE AGAIN AND WENT THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. THANKS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Kevin has zero customer service skills. Rude, abrupt and complained to another coworker in front of me about having to color match the paint brought in because it was extra steps. It's like he was offended that the first sample didn't match. Clearly hates his job. ?

I swear I have never had more fun doing the thing I hate most.Jeremy at the Gearhart location made my day, I was struggling to pick a color and he made it into the best experience. I was laughing the whole time and left feeling great about a color I never would have considered! He even matched a good trim for me when he noticed I had picked an off shade.Jeremy,I hope I can make you mad another day.Thank you.
