“Where is the 6th star? Google can only provide 5 which cannot do this business justice! Do you want to experience 6 star service? Simple. GO TO EZ SHIPPING, DO BUSINESS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN WITH THIS BUSINESS! The 2 amazing empoyees I had the pleasure of interacting with were so skilled at their work! From their immediate and precise ability to accuratly pay attention to detail, specifically, the detail of my needs, to having an open and active ear in which to intently listen to the customer with. After this, the actions necessary to back up their complete understanding, the very first time, were immediately put into place. These people understand exactly how to "take care of the customer needs in an incredibly short period amount of time with the intent of executing perfection in the delivered results". Any business can tell you whatever they want you to hear, they just can't deliver results on what they say. EZ Shipping delivers! This is why I would give them 6 stars if I could. Not only that, they had a good level of understanding of technology. Its a huge assest to take the time to educate onself in a company to keep up with the times through that understanding of technology. Just read my review on the USPS which was the experience that made me acctually experience this one from EZ Shipping. Dichotomy at its finest. The smiles they provided and attitudes shown were something I wish I as a "customer" could experience happening all the time in America, but rarely do! Need something shipped while you are on the coast? Drive the extra few miles just to get an amazing customer experience here way before you ever think of using USPS! Thank you EZ Shipping!”

“the service @ this location has really improved; significantly it deserves better than a 3 *** by now; one guy. in particular .is super helpful, _ to everyone I've noticed; I'll have to note his name. The entry door is a disgrace ; it really needs attention and or replacement it's hard to open; people with bulky packages face major obstacles; besides it has to be a challenge for anyone lacking superior muscle power. COME TO THINK OF IT ! a door that swings in with a push bar would be ideal ( if not both ways ) as most people have full hands when entering. That is how virtually entry doors work; In addition fighting that outswinging door when its windy is even worse ! and a strong wind is not uncommon here; in that respect a strong automatic door closer would not be as bad to fight while pushing inwards whereas pulling doubles the effort”

“She did her job. Not a very personable employee... Maybe just having a difficult day. She did her job, I was in & out in a timely manner! Yes, I will go back.”
