“Cody was incredible! He was patient and polite. He was extremely knowledgeable in home networking issues, so he effortlessly answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking into replacing your wi-fi adaptors and/or your cables. I have a feeling the majority of these complaints with customer connectivity is in conjunction with folks' faulty equipment and not ASTOUND'S services. I feel the pricing issues are in lieu of people not staying on top of their promotions.
