Im giving this store 5 stars because of Beth. Beth is AMAZING!!! Excellent customer service, always makes me feel seen, works incredibly hard. Beth needs a raise!!!

I tried to use the restroom in the store. It's locked with a numerical code. Employees say they don't give out the code, but they will send someone over to unlock it. Nobody shows up. I ended up walking over to the 24 hour fitness gymn (where I have a membership) to use the restroom.

This is probably the nicest pharmacy and store in Portland. The pharmacist and tech teams were polite, professional, kind and on top of their work. They had to figure out the new Covid rules, took the time to explain and provided clear guidance.
