“I started using New Era (2021 I think?) at the suggestion of my doctor. I use a rectal cream that is the most healing product I've ever used. Their prices are on the higher end but their products are top quality. Shipping is even reasonable and saves me a long drive up from Salem. Customer service is wonderful-warm, considerate and personable. I'm so happy with New Era!!! Just today I called about a prescription and when they couldn't find it, worked it out promptly and kindly with the clinic and me. If I could give ten stars I would!!!”

“Archie in flowers was so awesome!! I bought flowers at another Fred Meyer's and was in such a hurry. I forgot to have them wrap them. I live right by the QFC on Burnside, I called there to see if they would wrap them and she said that her booth was being worked on but I could pick up some wrap. When I got there, she had created a space so that she could wrap them for us. She was so sweet and friendly. Such a great interaction when all the chaos of graduation prep was a little bit overwhelming. Thank you!

“it shouldnt be anything special, but this is the only pharnacy ive ever been to can consistently fill my meds quickly and during shortages. they dont waste your time, they're never mean, and the hours are great. this should be the bare minimum for a pharmay, but it isnt, and i'm glad that at least this one knows what they're doing”

“Made the mistake of sending a prescription to the Walgreens next door and they said it would take 2 days to fulfill it. Thankfully I was able to get it resent to Fred Meyers and they had it fulfilled within 30 minutes of receiving it. I had to talk to Brianna on the phone a few times to make sure I got it removed from the Walgreens system so she could run it through my insurance. While she would pick up immediately, I unfortunately didn’t have the experience with Walgreens and after 30 minutes on hold had to go into the store to talk to someone before heading over to Fred Meyers. Brianna also was the one who helped me when I got there and was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. I was in and out within a couple minutes. If you don’t have insurance they are even able to run it through a coupon system. We almost did that in case I couldn’t get ahold of Walgreens, the coupon total was just a few dollars more than the insurance price.
I will definitely be getting my prescriptions sent here from now on.”

“Love Walmart, especially the parking. I never have a problem, there's always a spot right in front of the door. It's a deal-breaker for me if I have to hunt, wait, walk too far, ect. for a spot, bc I'm disabled. I never have any issues at this Walmart.”
“Their phone system will tell you your meds will be ready a few days from now but you'll get a text the next day that it's ready. There's never a line and it's pretty cheap too. Would recommend”

“The only reason I gave this one star is because when we were there. And have gone in the past, workers just keep walking right on by you. They don't stop to see if you're ready to put gas in your car or if you need help with anything, you just sit there and wait on them for when they decide to come over and put gas in your car.”

“I really did kind of have a bad experience here at first, but Nadia, one of the pharmacists, basically saved the day for me and I guess also my life? Lol I have pneumonia. They know me very well at this pharmacy at this point. Nadia listened to me and was so so kind to me. She did an override of my Amoxicillin because I do need a new dosage. New dosage, makes it a new prescription. Instead of having to wait 2 days for it to run through insurance, I get them today because of Nadia! (The previous tech would not do this I guess or I’m not sure what was going on with Kathy last night on 4/15/25). I appreciate Nadia so much. Thank you Nadia! ??”

“Have been going to Fred Meyers Pharmacy for over a year now, after Rite Aide on Sunnyside changed hands. They are extremely polite ( especially IF you get the right people), quick, line moves fast, & very helpful! Downside… takes forever ( yes I know they are busy busy people ) but… takes a long time to answer a phone, sometimes longer than normal to find it all, texting is delayed for notifications, and have only run into 1 person that has made any comment about the amount of medications I get… Due to my multiple multiple chronic issues! Other than that, they are truly truly amazing! And that’s I’m not picking except for that one person!”
“Not your average pharmacy! The customer service is amazing here. There are never any outlandishly long lines, the staff will come from behind the counter to show you medications you need if you’re looking for something OTC. I get my medication here because corporations are literally killing people so i try to do as much as i can to support local businesses.”

“The store itself is ok, the parking lot is the problem. People seem to have a hard time seeing the giant 4 foot long directional arrows in the parking lot. So, just a suggestion, maybe having them repainted so they are brighter and stand out more might help, but with these drivers i do doubt it will help......”

And owned by the same company I think but they sure don’t have the same website when ordering to go groceries, I found Fred Meyer‘s to be very difficult to maneuver and finally gave up.”

I almost don’t want to share how good this pharmacy is because I don’t want them to get inundated with people, but I’ve tried several Safeway pharmacies and this one is by far the best. 🎉”
