6725 Gleneden Beach Loop, Gleneden BeachMy husband and I love to find these little hidden gems along the coastline. You know those places you walk-in and the bartenders are smiling and everyone around them are happy. Doesn’t matter if you’re a local or a visitor, they are just genuinely nice. The food here is amazing and the atmosphere is where you wanna be. Last night my husband and I stopped in for a quick drink and were greeted by an amazing bartender by the name of Michelle. Not only is she serving drinks behind the bar, but she’s also walking around the floor cleaning tables, cleaning the VP machines, and making small conversation to see if anybody needs anything else. My husband and I enjoyed our time there, but as we were getting ready to leave, we noticed a couple walking out and a lady flipping the bartender off. She made a comment about moving the menus back… very odd to be upset about menus we thought… The bartender was nothing but nice and had a smile on her face the whole time. I guess unfortunately you can’t make everyone happy but as we sat at the bar, we could not understand why this had happened. Seems like the woman might’ve just been jealous or been having a rough day and took it out on the bartender. Very unfortunate, some people need to check their attitude at the door. Bartenders are not there to be your therapist or your babysitter. As grown adults, we should do better.

7755 Oregon Coast Hwy D-1, Gleneden BeachThis is a pretty good coffee house the atmosphere is fantastic it’s really lovely place to hang out I suppose during the winter would be a popular spot to hang out away from the rain. I was a little bit disappointed in the drip coffee options but I think I might be spoiled. All in all it was a great place we had Chis and Matcha’s and everything worked out well. Great job
