Linda's training room is really nice with state of the art training equipment. She is also very friendly and made you feel like you knew her even after first meeting her. “This is one of my favorite stores to stop by for a quick pickup of things when I don't want to deal with the lines in Safeway. As a 13 year, and counting, cancer survivor, I have switched my diet to more Mediterranean and Indian food. They have the best selection of Indian food staples in town. And in most cases, their prices are comparable, or less than the grocery stores, and even Amazon. I will buy my Basmati rice at their store only - best quality and prices. Staff has always been kind and pleasant. I had bought some Indian food staples and left an item behind. I went into the store a couple weeks later and they saw me come in and ran up to me with the forgotten item. I had forgotten about it - thought they were giving me a freebie lol This market is a true small neighborhood store that serves it's community well.”

“I love this market. It's a tucked away hidden gem for sure. The older gentleman in the evening that works is a awesome guy. He always greets us with a smile. Definitely recommend this place if you need something to snack on, smoking stuff or a drink. They even have a few restaurants and a barber there. You could have lunch, get a hair cut and grab a bong to go.”

“I do business here at least 3 times a week, the watermelon cucumber water is amazing and so is the staff. Especially the 2-10 pm employees, they are always smiling, helpful, polite and friendly. I appreciate them all especially after working a convenience store myself for years, I know that they have a demanding job with quite a few rude or impatient customers. “Moving to Southern Oregon one of the delightful things was discovering Bi-Mart (actually rediscovering it)! One of the things that I like the most is that it is employee-owned which means that the majority of them do their job with all their hearts - for example when you ask where an item might be or when a employee asks you if you're finding everything if you have a question they won't just point you in the right direction they will stop what they're doing and take you there, how good is that kind of service these days. Another nice thing is that the employees are generally, shall we say, on the mature end of the age scale ☺️ and can understand when you have questions or when you can't seem to find what you're looking for. If you've been here for a long time or you're new to the area, Bi-Mart is your place and remember on Tuesdays they have a Lucky Draw for all sorts of prizes using your membership number... that means on Tuesdays you can generally find one member of our family at By-Mart checking out the numbers”
