Amazing service & experience! I was able to get my rooms measured, quoted & my floors done in less than 2 weeks! Chris was quick and efficient when measuring, Tina was great during the entire process & Aristen did such a great job! Everyone was super friendly, and the price was very affordable.
We changed two of our rooms from carpet to luxury vinyl since we're expecting a baby soon (and we have pets). The entire experience was quick and efficient, and we're super pleased with the results. Nobody was pushing us to buy the most expensive flooring & everyone is knowledgable. Highly recommend for your flooring needs!!

Excellent customer service! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and were very helpful. There was a mix up with my order, but they were right on top of making sure to remedy it which is exactly how customer service should be these days! I’m so tired to dealing with people who don’t care about their jobs and act like you’re an inconvenience. They are the total opposite and they are an example of how customer service should be like in a business. This is my 2nd time working with them and it won’t be my last. I highly recommend Floors 2 Go!

Floors To Go was absolutely amazing! I am a real estate agent that needed someone to instal flooring for my client that would be willing to be paid through escrow. I called and spoke with Micaiah and he made it happen! He was amazing to work with. He gave my clients great options in their budget and understood the urgency of our deadline. I would and will recommend Floors To Go to anyone with flooring needs.

Update: 5 Stars for how you took prompt attention to this matter. We really appreciated you coming to see the floors. We will be down soon for selection, and possibly my house, too ?Looking forward to professional, quick resolve to my parents having Coretec installed throughout their home, it bubbled up and came apart at seams not long after install, so they removed all product and re-installed exact same product (said from a different lot?), but the product has bubbled throughout house again. Hoping for that quick resolve so they can enjoy their investment and hard work of moving out their entire home twice??
