“My mom has mesothelioma and lives in Gasquet. She was evacuated from her home because of the Smith River Complex fire but, still needed to get to Grants Pass for chemo. Since 199 was closed, she had to drive over via 101 and 42 to get to Grants Pass. 20 minutes outside of Roseburg and the check engine light on her Ford truck came on. She made it to Mock's with 45 minutes to spare for her chemo appointment. Keith and his team jumped into action and got her over to the rental car office so she could leave her truck for diagnostics and still make it to her appointment. So pleased with how fast we were able to purchase the vehicle. They detailed the vehicle and had it ready to go. We will purchase another vehicle from them in the future.”
