“I had the pleasure of ordering from their eBay store and their service is excellent! They reached out to me soon after I placed my order for an interior trim piece for my WRX. They notified me of a potential issue with the item that wasn't in the pictures, and they asked what I would like to do. After I gave the ok to ship, they promptly sent it out. The item arrived quickly, well packaged, and exactly as expected. I've saved their store to do business with them again in the future. 10/10 :)”

“Matt and Larry have been going above and beyond on helping me get heads resurfaced and rebuilt. Brought 2 Jeep Cherokee heads in and both ended up being cracked. Matt gave me a very professional rundown on the condition of both and even pointed me to different shops around Grants Pass that might have ones that’ll fit. He ended up having one that might fit and is working on getting it cleaned up. 10/10 could not recommend them enough!”
“I needed help with old car values for a Medicaid application and it had to be on letterhead from a knowledgable source. When I called, the proprietor said he would be happy to help when other car dealers said no. After I provided the necessary information, I made a visit to the dealership to pick it up. I saw a neatly arranged car lot. The office was clean and modest. The paper work was ready and, when I tried to pay him, he didn’t charge me because he wants to help where he can - what a great guy!
Thinking I will need a “new” used car eventually, I asked about his vehicles for sale. I was impressed as the prices are quite reasonable! I will definitely check out Liberty Automotive when I need a vehicle. I believe I can trust this business.”

Recently, I became famous with my '93 Jeep, which had a failed rebuilt engine with this place (NOT Qualitys fault), but they saw the troubles I went through and helped out by not charging me for everything to contribute, bringing my Jeep back alive.
