“This place is a gem. The staff are kind, empathetic, and non-judgemental. They listen carefully and give expert advice. They are VERY knowledgeable on the products they sell, often able to list off ingredients without even looking at the product. They also try to cut you a deal, informing you on when products are going on sale. I can not recommend this place enough!”

“I had been in hysteria all morning. My partner was calling all over and they were the only place that would do a walk-in on Saturday morning. I live in Grants Pass, and they are all the way in Medford. It took me 30 minutes to get there and I was sitting there for less than 2 minutes, and I was back in a room. They got in and took everything into consideration and calmed me down. My Via loved them. From our little home, we thank you. And, if I could, I would give you guys a million stars and more!”

“Their pet wash station is perfection! It was clean, spacious, and well provided for. The towels are thick and absorbent and the staff very helpful. We had three large dogs to wash and it went very smoothly.”

“I’ve used dozens of these to bathe my dog as we travel the country. This was nice enough, but really hard to turn the water off & hot water faucet doesn’t work at all- stuck on. Only one sink working at all & I really prefer the tractor supplies that clean up between dogs. All in all, Gracie is clean. The service is much appreciated”

“The only negative thing I have to say about this place is they have a plant selection that is too big and I spend an insane amount of money. I leave broke but really happy! Everyone is friendly and helpful, at least in the garden area. Admittedly, I've only been inside twice. 😆”
