Petco in Grants Pass is an organized store with a large variety of merchandise for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish and reptiles. It offers brand-name nutrition products and supplies, though some selections can be limited. The associates are described as wonderful, nice, professional, helpful and patient, providing good customer service on the floor and at checkout. They help with choosing the right food and pets. However, there have been reports of bad luck with the fish they sell. The store also provides full-service grooming, veterinarian services, Vetco Vaccination Clinics, pet adoption and training classes.
As always, very helpful, very friendly staff. Shelf’s were stocked and I got everything I went for and more. Always a pleasant visit. My dog loves to go in and say hi because they make her feel welcomed.

I needed help finding a healthy choice of Cat Food for my new kitty. There are people that work there were very very helpful and not only did they tell me what they thought was best, but they also showed me other things that I might need.
