“Amazing service!!
I was gifted a pair of Birkenstocks for my birthday in March. Went to wear them now that the weather was warming up, only to find out they were my size but in “narrow.” ? I freaked out because they were bought by my mom from out of state. I had no receipt and it’s been over a month. I called them and Jan answered. Oh my goodness am I grateful for Jan! Not only did she let me come in and exchange for the right size, but she made it so hassle free! Such a breath of fresh air especially when trying to return something with a curious toddler. Will definitely be purchasing shoes from here in the future. So inviting and just great people all around. Thank you so much Jan!!”
