I’m going to give high stars for who helped me yesterday. But a note to AT&T - hire more people. It’s not fair for 1-2 employees to manage up to 10 customers at a time. Especially on a Saturday. Get it together. The 4 stars go to the employee who managed multiple customers on his own.
