“This is the spot! I have been struggling with my phone for 3 days, trying chat and phone support, tried another store nearby and everybody said they could fix my problem but ended up making it worse. Nathan was the only person who was able to actually fix my phone issue. It didn’t cost anything when one of the other stores were trying to charge me. He stayed open late to help me out and was able to handle it like it was no big deal. He was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously skilled at his job because he was able to hold a lively conversation with me while simultaneously saving the day! If I could give more stars I would!”
“Went in and traded a MacBook and got helped by Antoine Rivera, had gotten everything ready and I had to sign for the traded MacBook and the lad had the manners to not use the new MacBook box as a surface to sign mine and his portion of the agreement, they don’t teach manners like that anymore, very helpful and personable young man, will definitely be back for any electronic needs soon enough… thanks Antoine!”

“I usually walk into stores where employees earn commission extremely guarded. My last experience at a MetroPCS store on Powell and Cleveland left me feeling like I had been scammed. So when I walked into the MetroPCS store on Division and 164th and was greeted by Sandy my guard was definitely up and I came across very blunt. After a little time speaking with him, I cannot say enough good things about him. Sandy, from the moment we walked in, he was respectful, informative, and polite. He took the time to genuinely help us find better products for a much better price while being completely honest and transparent. I've never received such elite customer service and left feeling like it was the best decision I could have made. I truly hope that Sandy receives the acknowledgment and appreciation that he deserves. I am a long time customer and have been for over 10 years. In that 10 years this is the first time I have ever felt that somebody truly appreciated their customer. So, with that said thank you so much Sandy for making an experience that has always been horrible one of the best experiences I've had in regards to purchasing phones and products.”
“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

“Depending on the location, their services is okay, I only like the fact, i can buy a pizza with the EBT snap, which they cook as well, instead of having to spend cash, so it's convenient for last minute meals on the go..otherwise it basic junk food, only meant for temporary consumption, especially if your trying to be healthy.. with that said, only go when needed, unless your on the go, and it's the last resort!!”

My favorite part though, is the excellent customer service! Vikas is a very friendly and outgoing guy. It was nice to see a smiling face like his after traveling a long time.”
