Extremely helpful and very patient people. I’ll use this store rather than the big ATT store on Division. Absolutely no pressure while i made up my mind about which new phone i wanted, and the help in setting up my new one was great.

First off I feel Sean the associate that tried to assist me did what he was able to do . The problem was not being able to reactivate my replacement phone after my original phone quit working. After paying off my galaxy s22 ultra so I could upgrade to a new phone and spending an hour in store I was informed that not only can I not upgrade but the phone I had just paid off could not be activated. In result I am no longer an att customer and have taken my business to Verizon where I was able to get a brand new iPhone 16pro max and a Samsung galaxy s25ultra for free while paying less each month for service equivalent to what I had with att. And on top of that I was only in the Verizon store for about 5 minutes.

This store pulled two illegal bait-and-switch cons on me. First, they told me if I traded in my phone, I could receive a Samsung 24+ Ultra for free, but that I had to order it online myself. When I ordered it, AT&T responded days later I would have to go to the store and show my ID and then order it. A circle jerk! I went to the store and they told me I had to talk to the manager, Mario, who was at another store. I went to the other store, and they never heard of the guy. The next day, I went back to the original store and the manager was there. He told me the phone would not be free, that it would cost an extra $8 a month. Bait-and-switch number one. So I looked at the advertisement next to the phone and it said the phone had a 512GB memory and with my $1000 trade-in value, it would cost me $300 (about $8/month for three years). So I told Mario the manager that was fine. He then told me the new phones don't take SD card for memory expansion. I said the 512GB memory should be enough. He then told me the deal was for a 256GB phone. BAIT AND SWITCH NUMBER TWO!
I showed him the card and he blew me off. So I left. But then I went back two minutes later to take a photo of the ad, and Mario had removed it.
This is illegal as hell, folks. I have reported this store to the BBB.

Mario, the manager at the AT&T store on Burnside in Gresham has been so helpful. I needed assistance with multiple issues (changing billing accountability, changing our plan, getting new phones with the current offer). He was able to direct us on the first two issues and then help me get the new phone I wanted. Mario is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend this AT&T store to any of my family or friends.

I just called 5 minutes ago the person hung up the phone while I am talking! Disrespectful! May be due to my accent! Lucky enough I speak two other languages of my mother!
