Needed help grom Geek Squad with electronis (not bought from Best Buy). Problems not resolved. Their goal seems to be selling new electronics.

The guy at the front counter was awesome!! Forgot his name unfortunately but he had a little 4 leaf clover pin and he was just so sweet! 10/10 customer service!!
