Return process for products bought with apple care needs immediate and comprehensive reform. If you need a replacement for what you bought that should be an easy transaction.

Best buy provided one of the worst buying experiences possible. I bought a laptop for 1 hour pickup and they won't actually make it available to pickup. When you call or chat you're speaking to someone across the world who is unable to communicate with anyone in store. I waited 2 days and tried to pickup from multiple stores, my item was never made available for pickup. I spoke to multiple representatives and they're completely useless there's no reason to contact them. Two days after I placed my order they cancelled with no explanation. DO NOT SHOP WITH BESTBUY!

The guy at the front counter was awesome!! Forgot his name unfortunately but he had a little 4 leaf clover pin and he was just so sweet! 10/10 customer service!!

If I could give no stars I would. Geek squad is as not only a waste of time, gas and energy but they offer services they aren’t able to provide. Essentially their just job to drop stuff off to be sent to the manufacturing company which end result you wait longer to get back. All in all their JUNK

New store layout is helpful, plenty of great selection and deals, staff could have helped more on security system options. But that's a lot of training I assume.
