I bought a Jitterbug Flip2, which is a flip phone. After about five months of using it, I started getting weird texts and strange calls, so I would not recommend it to anyone. Except for that, everything else was good. I have bought iPhones, Samsung phones, and iPads; many of them are good and work well.

Went to purchase an open box item. Customer service was good and salesperson went to the back to locate the item since it was not in the open box section in the store. Got a great deal for a TV mount. Thnx!
