Elite Collision provides top-tier customer service and work. The team is incredibly nice, professional, considerate, and treats customers with the utmost respect. They communicate clearly throughout the entire repair process. The shop performs emaculate work, with repairs done really well and to a fantastic standard, often making cars look better than before the accident or amazing after significant damage. They exceed expectations and go up and beyond, frequently returning cars earlier than quoted. They are more than accommodating, make great suggestions, and ensure proper repairs by ordering OEM factory body parts instead of allowing corners to be cut. The experience is so good that customers are super happy and couldn't recommend them enough.

I haven't had better customer service in a long time. Joe Spinella was considerate, professional, timely, and preformed emaculate work. They went up and beyond to help me when my Subaru was rear-ended. I would recommend them to anyone.
