“Very good service and excellent work/results on minor body damage. Austin was able to save me a little $$ from the quoted price. I appreciate him taking that initiative. The cherry on top is that they detailed my car before returning it! It looks amazing and I’m so thankful for that added service. 100%!!”

“Drove up from the bay area and was not disappointed. They had the parts I needed for my 64 Dodge Polara at a fair price. Meet Ed and his staff, Kelly and Andy, they were all very friendly and helpfull. This place and the staff is a great resource for classic Mopars! 5 stars+, anyone looking for classic mopar parts should give them a call, lots of hard to find parts, and lots of project cars available if that's what your looking for. Many more than what's posted on their website or Facebook. Give Em a call or email.”

“I was given such thoughtful and helpful service at this Napa. Stopped in for a wiper blade. They even installed it while I wondered when I got it home, could I do it? Even. though in my 80’s, there are some things I have learned to do in the last decade. Car “things” are not one of them. ThanksNapa for your caring service.”

“I went to this place #1 because I needed warranty service and only had 3 shops as options within driving distance. #2 because the Fife Johnson's was unfriendly nor helpful. #3 had the shortest wait times still over 6 weeks though!! Let me tell you it was by for the perfect experience. We had several issues and a lack of communication in the beginning. However Nicole was so sweet the whole time and I truly felt she did her best. These shops are all under staffed on techs especially with the rapid growth of the RV industry during the peak of Covid. That being said the things that went wrong mostly are understandable given our first tech was no longer there and the second was starting with little knowledge of the issue. Therefore I try to be understanding. Ultimately Nicole made it right the work was done well and things ended well. Now that being said this place is 2-4 times more expensive than any other shop I priced for after market work. I would absolutely not go there if it wasn't warranty and I was having to pay for it.”

“Good place to get car care products as well as parts. They have some tools but not a huge selection, and are a little on the expensive side, but they often have pretty good sales that can offset the cost if you plan ahead. The employees are fairly knowledgeable and are willing to help with any issues you may have. Overall a good automotive store.”

“I just received my Ford F-350 Super Duty last night after a 6 month wait from the factory. I don't know about the negative reviews I've seen, but I bypassed two Ford dealerships much closer to home (I live in Washougal) in order to deal with Suburban. My first day when my wife and I went we dealt with George Zanotelli about what we could order and what we could get for trade-in. Both he and the young man that helped were totally transparent and showed how they got the numbers. They were also very helpful in picking out options and gave good input on the black package I wanted. George kept in touch with progress and got me the Ford site to follow progress. When I was finally able to pick up the truck last evening, the gentleman that helped me (George was called away) was also great. When it came time to do the financials, Mark Laber, the finance manager, gave me a fair price for my trade-in and gave me no pressure on options. The whole experience is everything I look for in auto or truck purchase!”

“We had a tire blow out on Highway 26 on our way back from skiing at Mt. Hood with our kids in tow. It was getting dark outside and although we managed to get the car off to the side if the road, we didn't want to venture into tire changing on our own. We called All-Ways Towing and they showed up when they said they would show up and charged what they said they would charge. Shout out to Taylor (sp?) for doing a great job jacking our car up on soft ground, changing that pesky tire and helping us get home safely!”
