Famous Footwear is a store with a great selection of shoes, which may not be the very latest models but are good ones for less than other stores. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and fantastic, offering excellent service. Employees are kind and go out of their way to find solutions, making customers feel comfortable, supported, not rushed, and welcome. The store is very well kept. While security presence was noted, it did not interfere with shopping. The employees make visiting in person a better experience than shopping online by providing prompt and helpful advice. It is always a comfortable place to shop.
Helpful staff, variety of shoes and other items to choice from, well lighted areas, easy to read signage, available seating areas to try on shoes, check promotional items on sale, parking available including disabled parking.

They had a good selection of shoes. Pretty impressed with the clearance items. If you want name brand shoes I would suggest this place.

I got there right as they opened at 10am. I showed the sales lady a screen shot of the shoes I was looking for. She told me where to find them and what kind of sale they were offering. I went right to the shoes I was looking for. She was friendly and efficient while checking me out. Highly recommend.
