Came in here wanting some shoes and a young worker came in helped me she has such a help and soo soo soo sweet I think her name was Hailey or someone with a H anyway loved her and it was only her 2nd week she's already a natural!!!

Helping someone with difficult shoe preferences buy shoes, I believe the person who helped us was named Jaime and she was some kind of manager but she was so helpful and went out of her way to try and find solutions to the show issues.

Terrible Underarmor shoes for my daughter. Rubbed blisters on first ball practice. Also pricey with little athletic selection.

Employees are indifferent. A family was holding a 5 year old by his feet so he could reach the upper shelves to get a box of shoes while an employee leaned against a display looking at his phone.

Don’t come here for high heels or toddler/preschool size shoes.⬇️
Very nice employees but it was awful trying to find a 10.5 heel or boot with a heel for work(business casual).. it’s as if the brands here that make heels don’t even acknowledge half sizes after size 10. Also the heel sizes are wrong because I’m always a size 10 in flats and have been a size 10.5 and 11 is HUGE on me.
Also they don’t carry preschool sizes only infant then they jump to kids sizes.. which doesn’t make any sense imo, very inconvenient since I had to buy one kid shoes and order the other pair.
If neither of those things are an issue for you then it’s a decent store for shoes.

This store has a great selection of shoes. They may not be the very latest models, but they are still good ones and for less than you would pay at other stores. Staff was friendly, asked if I needed help and showed me where to find what I was looking for. I posted here earlier with a bad review. That review was meant for an neighboring store, which Google did not recognize. I apologize for the unintended bad review! Famous Footwear employees were friendly and this store was very well kept!

The store itself is very organized and has a good amount of stock. However, my husband was followed by what seemed to be the manager in the store. Just because someone has a hoodie and is brown does not mean they are going to steal!
