Overall my experience with my salesman was fantastic, and I gave him five stars. They worked really hard to make my deal happen, I did feel really under cut on my trade in though. However, after contacting them and letting them know, they made a deal with me to make it right. These guys are absolutely amazing and I feel they have gone the extra mile to make a customer satisfied. I will be bringing my partner in to shop for a car here soon.

Right before a road trip my replace fuel indicator came on but gresham Ram was booked until mid September. I spoke to Robert last night who agreed to take me in today as a drop off. They checked me in right away and are taking care of several issues short notice. This is my 3rd time getting service here. Keith was my advisor last time and he was great as well! I'm so glad I switched from Tonkin in Gladstone. I'd give Gresham 10 stars if I could. I only wish I had come here from the very start!!!

Great experience at the dealership. Worked with Sebastian and he worked extremely hard (over 4 hours with me) to ensure that all my needs were met. I really appreciate his patience, expertise and active listening. I recommend going in and asking for him specifically.

I would give no stars but google won't let me but my brother went to this service department for the last 7 years to get oil changes done and they never actually changed any fluids and now is costing my brother almost 10 grand in damaged engine parts and in repairs so as of now gresham dodge or also known as the tonkon auto group there services is absolutely horrible and they fail to do what they claim to do on your vehicle..

If I could give less than one star I would.So this is about Gresham dodge my husband and i bought our truck there in 2020. We always got our oil change done there and ever since our service advisor left and it became new ownership My husband and I have been trying for over a week to contact someone to make an appointment for our oil change when no one called us back. We called back today, which was July 15th in the morning. We talked to some guy and he said they would call us back which they never did so. My husband drove all the way to Gresham. Dodge wasted gas just to be told in a rude matter. That we had to make an appointment or leave our truck with them My husband's disabled, he can't leave our truck there. So we are now never going back to Gresham. Dodge for anything, we will be going to a different Dodge. Thanks for nothing Gresham. And especially since we've been a loyal customer of you guys for over 4 years. It sure does show how you care about your customer. You don't even call people back when they leave multiple messages. Pretty sad found a better Dodge to go too to get our oil changed.

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. This is my second review for the same issue. We sold our truck in May 2024 and it is now Aug 2024 and I have called over 15 times (not kidding) to get our GAP refund that they owe us. My husband went in the dealership and signed the paperwork in May 2024 and I can' get anyone to call me back. FINALLY Heather in finance calls me back the middle of July and tells me they don't have any paperwork that my husband signed! Needless to say I am beyond mad! She states she will look into it and call me back. It is now Aug 6th I have called her 5 times and left her messages with no return call!!!! I called again today and asked to speak to the general manager and they would not let me speak with him. I am above and beyond pissed at this point! I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!! We have been valued customers for years and have bought at least 10+ vehicles from them. WE WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS AT GRESHAM DODGE!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

We worked with Kenny to purchase a new 2024 Ram Promaster. He was wonderful every step of the way, very professional, prompt in his communication, and even brought the van to us so we didn't have to drive an hour and half to the dealership. The buying process was easy and went very smooth. Great dealership!
