Karrar was very knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant to work with. He texted me an OTD price on my first request. His manager removed $2k in add-ons when asked. I absolutely loath most car dealerships experiences. But Derek did a phenomenal job and so did Gresham CDJR. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.
