I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter with others. In all my years of purchasing cars, I have never encountered such a lackluster and unprofessional dealership.The transparency one expects from a reputable dealership was sorely lacking at Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. Prices were vague and if you get PAUL JOHNSON make sure to run the opposite way. PAUL JOHNSON will look you in the face and without missing a beat LIE!! He attempted to extort thousands of dollars from me. Attempts to get a straightforward answer regarding additional fees were met with evasion and ambiguity. It became apparent that the dealership's focus was solely on making a sale rather than establishing a trusting and mutually beneficial customer relationship.The final straw was the financing process, which was marred by no explanations and what should have been a straightforward and transparent transaction turned into a convoluted mess, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-centric car-buying experience. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction make this dealership one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring alternative options that prioritize honesty and integrity in their business practices. From my lips to Gods ears DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I recently purchased a car from Gresham CDJR and was very pleased with the great service I received from salesperson Shar Tonge. She met us at the door and swiftly addressed our every question and concern in an honest and direct way. They were very busy that afternoon but she did all she could to make the process smooth. The sales manager, Billy was also helpful and never pushy. I never felt pressured and always felt I was a priority. My only criticism is that I had to wait 2 hours for financing to close the deal but as said, they were very busy that day. I am pleased with my purchase and Shar did a great job making it happen.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. This dealership has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. My car has been in their service department multiple times for months at a time over the last year. Every time my car has been in their service department it has been because of recall or warranty issues. They currently have had my car for months and haven’t provided me with a rental car but have been continuously telling me that I am first in line to receive one. However, I still don’t have a rental car and I am a mother of an infant that has to get to daycare and work. I am so frustrated with my Jeep that I wanted to sell it back to the dealer however their sales department refuses to give me a fair market value for my car unless I purchase another vehicle from them. It took me repeatedly calling their sales team to get a response about buying my car back however they had no problem calling me multiple times trying to get me to purchase a vehicle from them leveraging the fact that my car was sure to be in the service center for a very long time.

I had the oil changed on my 2022 Ram 2500 here 11/19/23. The oil change was fine and I was in and out fairly quick. My problem is I now have a significant clunking in the rear of my truck that wasn’t there before. I’ve called twice and talked to a nice woman who forwards me to service where I’ve left 2 messages and I responded to an automated text. No one has responded to my messages or text in 10 days. My truck has 9000 miles on it and shouldn’t sound like it does now. I’m scheduling service at a different dealership and will send Gresham Dodge Ram the Bill!

Had a great experience buying a used ram here. JR made the whole process easy, and really worked with me to get to a solution. Left with a great truck. The team there are a bunch of rockstars. JR was honest throughout the whole process about where we were at with things and to be frank, I appreciated that.

Went to the dealership to purchase a winch kit for a spare tire on my Promaster City. The vehicle was supposed to have been sold with a spare tire, the winch kit and the tire change tools according to the dealer, but none of it was ever installed. By the time we found that the vehicle had no spare, several years had passed, and they did not feel that they should have to provide the equipment. I was told by the parts store that I could only get that equipment from the dealership. So I ordered just the parts with a very rude guy at the parts counter around 2pm for $660.19 plus a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. They rounded the 3% up to the closest whole amount so really the surcharge was 3% +. Then when I found out that I could get the exact same kit online from MOPAR for $150.00, I cancelled my order with the dealership the next morning. Not even a full day later. The dealership then decided that they would not refund all of my money since they considered the transaction to be a "special order" even though it does not state that anywhere on my invoice. All in all they refused to refund $111.40 of my money and kept it. After buying my company vehicles there, and loyally returning for service on the vehicles they chose to end the business relationship over $111.40. Horrible service.

I'm not happy with the service center. I waited 9 days to get my 21' 3500 ram serviced. Purchased another company vehicle from them because there were no rentals available to suit my needs, it took forever... I paid cash too!I looked at the invoice and they charged me $635 to fix my running tail lights! I asked them to change the bulbs, no one called me they just snuck it in there without mention.I'm done doing business here

I brought my jeep in to fix the sunroof of my vehicle. Jim was amazing to work with and was able to get it done in a timely manner with everything he had going on. Once I picked up the vehicle I noticed a cracked windshield but working with the company they were able to fix that in a timely manner. The manager Sammy was also very considerate and easy to work with. He made sure I left happy & that all work was completed before I left. Thank you!

I was online looking for a truck for my husband, because the kind we were looking for is pretty scarce locally in Montana.I ended up seeing the perfect truck here at Gresham so I emailed and within a few minutes Paul Johnson emailed me letting me know it was still available and followed up with a phone call. He offered to take pictures and send them through text since he was in Oregon and I was in Montana. I then asked if he could send us a video as well and he was more than happy to do that for us which was super helpful. Within a few hours of texting I had put a deposit down signed some papers and the truck was essentially ours.The next day I wired the money from Montana and bought a plane ticket for my husband to go get his new truck.Thank you Paul for making this so painless even from almost 600 miles away.

We were looking to purchase a van for our fleet. I often shop nationwide for these purchases. Paul Johnson and Alexandra Boyko were absolutely amazing. They made the process so easy to do and we never had to step foot in the dealership. Their pricing is also very customer friendly, it is obvious they care about making lasting relationships with customers versus making another dollar. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, August 24, 2023. I got an email saying my appointment was canceled without any notification and no one reached out to me to discuss why or reschedule my appointment. I called this morning and was told the time was blocked off but how was it blocked off when I was able to schedule my appointment earlier this week on Monday? If the schedule was blocked off, someone should have called me and informed me. The gentleman I spoke to could not fit me in the schedule by Sunday as I scheduled this appointment to have service done before the weekend since I will be traveling but now I am stuck at an inconvenience. I read the yelp reviews and thought to myself. I will still give it a chance however, I understand why the yelp reviews are so low now I do not recommend this place for service, especially if they are going to treat people like this. Avoid this dealership if you expect to do business with HONEST RELIABLE COMPANIES!!

Jim and Paul were absolutely fantastic throughout the sales process! I didn't feel pressured in any way, and we were able to work out a deal that kept all parties satisfied. We were able to work out a deal in about 3 hours time, which was what I expected. I never learned the name of the finance manager, but they were quick and satisfactory as well. Jim took me on a drive route that allowed me to test all aspects of the vehicle I cared about. While there was no aggressive driving, I was still able to feel acceleration, braking, cornering and various speeds.Overall I would buy from them again!
