On Point is such a friendly Financial Institution. The Employees i.e. tellers are very nice and professional. It's great to see a Manager jump in when the line got Long. Everyone smiles. Totally refreshing.

It turns out OnPoint Credit Union was robbed in Troutdale Oregon. We needed to use the ATM in the FBI and police were there so we went over to Gresham on Point Credit Union. Wow was that bank busy considering the bank in Troutdale had been robbed and everybody went over to Gresham. I use the ATM and everything went great.

Incredibly unhelpful front desk. On top of that I wanted to refinance my truck which I owed less then half of it value. They wouldn't do it. Have good credit score no real bills other then truck and house. Went to wells fargo refinanced lower rate no problem. Onpoint is about to lose my business.

DO NOT BANK HERE! I have absolutely never banked with a more ridiculous bank. We make over 6 figures and I lost out on the last 3 plane tickets to see my family because this bank declined the purchase as over the limit. Here’s the kicker- I haven’t spent a dime on my card today. The tickets themselves is what went over the $500 per day limit. I call the after hours number and they can’t do anything. So just so you know, you won’t own your own money here. They do. Switching over banks asap.

I thought I was going to work myself out of the matrix, I thought this was a place for the people, but sadly, nope or maybe just a certain type of people. I had this grand idea that since I owe 14k on an onpoint credit card, let me get a 14k auto loan on my tesla like I'd did previously. Can pay the credit card off and just work on paying the car off again, but Onpoint had other ideas that are denying me the loan because why help me lol but these last 3 things debt I have will be gone in 4 months so whatever , thank you onpoint for making me MORPHIN MONSTER

I went in to open a Business account with Onpoint today . I was hesitant due to the negative reviews ,but a friend recommended me. Shane was super friendly! Answered all my questions and just overall provided exceptional customer service. I have not had such a positive experience at a bank in a long time. He was informative and thorough with everything I needed to know, and completed the process quickly . His service definitely made me consider switching my personal banking to OnPoint! When opening a business account go to Shane . ☺️ I wanted to tell his manager personally but she was with a customer .

Terrible customer service. I was on the was on the phone for almost an 1 even though I called at 920. The lady hung up on me because she couldn’t help didn’t even tell me where to go or what to do after.

I have been a member for 11 years and use the Gresham branch on Civic. All of my experiences have been great! Personal and business accounts, loans, etc. All made so easy. The teller lines can be long however, they are very customer service oriented such as noticing if there is a better account bundle for you and if so, able to convert right then.

I have a shared banking account with an out-of-state credit Union. I have always used Onpoint to get cash out of my out of state account, normally that has been an amazing experience.Until today, I recently closed my business and had rolled coins and misc change of just over a $180 that I wanted to deposit. The customer service staff at the desk, told me that even though they did offer shared banking with my credit union, I would have to pay a 15% fee or open a checking account with them to do it. Why In the hell would I open an account, when I live out of state? WTHSo.... in order for me to use your coin counter and deposit MY money. I have to pay them but yet OnPoint is making interest of of my money.Long story short four of my clients have closed their accounts with Onpoint, not to mention my son just had a similar experience with them.Kudos to the branch manager who was just sitting in the office chatting with other staff members. Great customer service ,NOT!

As I sit a ponder 7 years ago and my wife dying and having to basically start over from scratch to doing 26 thousand trips for rideshare I can't fathom how I went backwards I paid for a Tesla model s , a 2018 camry hybrid and a 2017 audi a4 all within 3 years but u know what these jokers said they denied me a auto loan of 25k because my debt to income even though I've never missed a payment on anything lol this world is a joke. I mean who in their right mind would deny someone who paid for 3 cars in 3 years I know I'm in the twighlight zone and nothing I can do but think about all the blown opportunities and as I drown watch more opportunities go by as my light deems. HAPPY I SURE HOPE SO YOU GAVE ME THE URGE TO RISE AGAIN AND I MUST THANK YOU FOR THAT
