“They are usually great and helpful. They are changing their hours which is a bummer. Closing at 7 every night so that might be a problem.But if I have a question they always have an answer. Much faster than Safeway across the street. If they don't have a med they will get it for you ASAP in my experience. If there is a problem they will let you know about it. The text when things are ready is helpful too.”

Manager Andrew is great, Real patient thoughtful, You have put together a really good crew there. I had to go in to print some pictures for a show that I have coming up and with coupons I can give my customers the best price possible and get my work out there. “The staff at this Rite Aid Pharmacy is amazing. They have always gone above and beyond to help me navigate the complicated landscape of healthcare. As someone with a chronic illness such as myself, that is not always easy. They have consistently provided good service, counseling and assistance. When insurance doesn't handle something, they troubleshoot to work through it and figure out how to get me the meds I need or to help find an alternative solution. They will get on the line with providers and insurance to make sure all is right. I have overheard them doing the same for other customers as I waited in line. No matter how busy they are, they always make time for whomever they are serving. Not to sound corny, but every little bit helps when your health is on the line, and there have been days where a bad diagnosis or doctor visit has been turned around because of the care they provide when picking up my prescriptions. “I'm a nurse and I was helping out a patient on my own time to get some meds that insurance wouldn't cover. I was absolutely amazed at how kind (and competent) the pharmacist was. The pharmacy tech just didn't know how to handle it when it turned out that the med was not available. The pharmacist stepped in without even being asked. He just overheard my conversation with the tech. He spent quite a bit of time online trying to locate the correct medication which has become extremely difficult to locate at all. I left the other prescription my patient needed and went off to Walmart while it was being prepared, hoping that I could find some of this medicine that's so scarce. Walmart, to say the least, not only didn't have it, they were not helpful at all. In the meantime at Safeway the other medication they did have in stock was ready. The tech asked me for $144 for a 5-day supply! That sounds terrible, but at OHSU where they also had a supply, it was over $300. Still I was a little shocked and the tech said that the GoodRx number I had given wouldn't work.This blessed pharmacist stepped in again. He just overheard the conversation again and very kindly said, "We've got all kinds of GoodRx cards around here. I'll find a way to send her home with at least one of the medicines she needs." Instead of $144, I paid $21.95. He ended up spending more than a little time on this. It's not like he kept any other customers waiting. There were pharmacy techs who were able to fill prescriptions so no one had to wait, and he just made it his business to go over and above. The man deserves a medal AND a RAISE. Safeway pharmacy manager, are you listening?”

I Feel Upset That they Did Not Give Any Warning to Any of Their Pharmacy Clients That My Walgreens Pharmacy Before The Walgreens Owners Shut It's Doors for Good and Moved the Clients Profiles To A Non Walgreens Pharmacy Without Any Notice. Thank Goodness I Was Able To Transfer My Profile Back to A Walgreens. Now I Can Shop in store for last minute Needs and Pick Up Medications at the Same Time Knowing The Employees Are Willing to Help Me Out and Are Kind. “I went to pickup the photos I’ve had developed but, one of the staff members couldn’t find it so he had to re-print them for me. It was totally fine with me, since I was also wanting to walk around the store.Just wanted to give a shout out to Jake for helping me get my photos reprinted. He was absolutely polite (same with the other staff member that was there). I went in at around 7pm and it was busy, but both were able to scan the customers in a timely manner”
