The incorrect tracking number pink letter was left in my box and after requesting the items returned receipt/tracking number and info: I was able to finally get my $199 back last Sunday.In the process,I didn't make friends at the post office because of that fiasco.”

“What can I say… like all USPS locations this one seems under staffed and the folks who are working must be over worked. Bless them! Long lines every time I come. I appreciate being able to send packages and letters. This location is also open till 6 most days as well as on Saturdays. The broken and boarded up windows give this location a gritty feel, well to be honest that’s pretty much all of Portland these days. Sheesh! What’s happened to our city?! Please vote!!!”

“FYI- NOT A RETAIL POST OFFICE! I was trying to ship a package, turns out you cannot pay to ship stuff here. They don’t offer retail service. I’m not sure if you can ship a pre-paid package? But I do know you can’t pay for any services here. I have nothing bad to say about this place, teller was friendly, just wanted other people to know you can’t pay to ship from here.”

“Only used this location twice but both times I was thoughtfully taken care of and I was dealing with a potential and costly disaster. I had dealt with two other locations over the period of a month and neither location put any effort into locating a shipment seemingly lost in space. I’d given up and was trying to figure out how to explain a $350 loss when I found this location near my home and when by out of strict curiosity. Thanks to a gentleman (Kevin I believe) I was able to resolve an ugly situation and walked away with the lost package and a whole bunch of weight off my shoulders. Thanks”
