Told they close at 4pm when I showed up for my 4pm appt. Why would you offer a 4pm appointment if you close at 4? Also their site says they close at 4:30??? Make that make sense. I drove 40 minutes for this. I’m so pissed.

The person who handled the labs I needed was amazing. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe while drawing my blood for testing. Hannah, I hope she gets recognized for her professionalism and positive attitude.

I didn’t have to wait and had my blood drawn very fast by Hanna. She is so kind and good at what she does. I would definitely go back.

The phlebotomist was both kind and efficient, I got in and out quickly with no issues. The only slight annoyance was the uncertainty about the bill, but I dom't really blame Quest for that.

It was very easy to book an appointment and check in via a text message. The Lab Tech, Hanna, was very friendly and polite. She helped me on the last visit I had to the same office and even remembered me. Visiting Quest's SE Stark location has been a much better experience than my past experiences at other labs.

I truly appreciate the patience your technician had, I had been fasting for 18 hours and drove 45+ minutes to get there and my electronic order was not there. The technician went above and beyond to help find the order, after 15 minutes of troubleshooting and 3 calls to my physicians office we finally got the order faxed and we were able to complete the blood draw. I appreciate her willingness to help and work through the issue with me.

Closes closer to 4:00 rather than 4:30. Came in for a standard TB test. They refused stating that I need a doctors order to get a TB test. Which you don't. Clinics accept walk ins for tb tests. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Client walks in at 3:40 pm, staff is busy with another customer at the moment. Staff wraps up, helps client at 3:46. “I’m here for some bloodwork,” client says. “I’m sorry, we don’t take patient check-in’s after 3:45.” Oh, and they close at 5:00.
Thanks for wasting my time, Quest Diagnostics. I would not recommend your business to anyone (unless they were my enemies and I was trying to waste their time).

Appointment set up via their automated phone system was easy. Check-In was a breeze when I arrived. The person drawing my blood was very friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30min.
