Altamont Summit in Happy Valley, Oregon, is a relaxing retreat that offers spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments perfect for resting and rejuvenating. This luxury, pet-friendly community is packed with amenities focused on convenience and unparalleled services to help residents make the most of each day.
The grounds are well-kept, and the apartments are spacious. Residents praise the friendly neighbors and the exceptional maintenance team, who are quick, efficient, and easy to work with, often resolving requests in less than 24 hours. The office management is described as professional and helpful, with the property manager and lease manager receiving high praise.
Residents love the upgraded appliances, gas, heat, and air conditioning, as well as the great amenities. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and the community is kept in excellent condition. The dog park and pool area are highlights, and the community hosts regular pool parties.
The only minor complaint is that noise can sometimes be an issue for those living on the second floor, but this is a common challenge in apartment living. Overall, Altamont Summit is an amazing community that residents are glad they chose, with stunning views of downtown Portland.
We toured here unexpectedly and without an appointment, Brendan was so kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We had previously been on several other tours of the surrounding apartments and our experience with him really stood out!

(Updated Review) There were a few issues that I experienced while living in this complex. The office managers were always quick to respond and help fix any issues they could. Definitely do the final walk-through with them.
