“Altamont is the only apartment complex that has actually renewed my faith as a renter - the staff, both office and maintenance, are extremely kind, thorough, and QUICK to respond. They will get any repairs done within 24 hours, leave a breakdown of what was done when leaving, and are very respectful of property (wearing booties to make sure no dirt or damage comes in, moving fragile items gently, etc). They also notify you when they’re coming to check if you’re home or not regardless of the kind of work. The office is always sending out helpful notes about upcoming construction, maintenance that could be loud, or updates about anything and everything. The entire complex is clean, beautifully kept, and peaceful even with standard traffic. Their gym is both beautiful to look at and functional - I actually use it! And don’t even get me started on their adoration for animals - they love any and all critters, will refund your adoption fees, and love updates about them!
All in all, I can’t say enough - I love this place. Been here almost a year and have zero issues with the way things are run and the overall quality. Renewed our lease without a single thought (and I’m on the pickier side)! Love you, Altamont! Thank you so much!!”

He answered all our questions even though we are most likely several months from committing to a new home.”

“I've lived at Hassalo on Eighth since 2018 and I honestly wouldn't live at any other complex in the city.
While there were some growing pains (just don't live on a ground floor apartment in Velemor or Aster...unless you appreciate unwanted visitors), the management, maintenance, cleaning, and leasing teams here are the best around. They take amazing care of us and have always been open to hearing feedback and improving.
My favorite building is the Elwood, IMO they have the best interiors and layouts. I've met some of my best friends living here and survived a pandemic.

“The landlord/office manager, Tim, is AMAZING at his job. My sister and I lived here for five and a half years and he was always willing and able to help us when we needed it, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. From the horror stories I've heard from friends, family and coworkers, Tim is truly one in a million.
As for the neighborhood, it was pretty decent for most of our stay. Every so often, there'd be a homeless person walking by, screaming (which also happens at my new place ?♀️), and occasionally one would be digging through the dumpster (which Tim would always handle), but otherwise, it's a very nice neighborhood. It's near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and most of our neighbors here were pretty great, too!”
“I had a wonderful experience as a new tenant with the maintenance man who came to my apartment. He came quickly & fixed the faucet in my bathtub easily. I had to call a little later that day because my washer kept starting over & over again. He came immediately and again, fixed it quickly and explained to me what was wrong. He went above and beyond and pulled it out & cleaned the floor and all the dust bunnies along with debris from the previous tenant. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you!

My brother whom was chronological without a home.I spoke with Caleb, now my big brother just had major heart procedure and was unsteady. they were compassionate toward our situation. “One of the best parts of the many great things about North Main is the excellent management by Jason (Jake) Jenkins!Most recently-Jake has helped me through an arduous process of doing a remodel of my bathroom to put in a walkin shower. From first to last, Jake was with me every step of the way, including meeting with various contractors and going over the ‘bids’ with me. Every single time I have needed help Jake has supported me with excellent, professional and timely advice and assistance.”

“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”
“First I want to say Sayeh, Brooke, and Mike are all amazing. Anthology should be grateful for their attention to detail to the tenants and community as a whole. I was super excited to move into this community and Anthology. To live in the division area was a wish of mine for several years. Upon move-in, the refrigerator in the unit decided not to work anymore and shortly after that, the washer and dryer sprung a leak, causing damage to the drywall in my entryway. This amazing crew got together and ordered me a new washer and dryer and a new refrigerator ASAP. I still have an hole in my wall, which I know will be taken care of soon. All though they had nothing to do with this, they were all super apologetic and thanked me for my patience. I am naturally an easy-going guy, that knows things happen. Such as life!!! I know they will take care of me in the end. Just so happy and grateful to be here.”

The property manager Dani Jones is absolutely amazing. Always knows why I'm there and is always ready. She's super kind and knowledgeable and I just wanted to say thank you for always making my job easier! The maintenance crew here is also exceptional and I can't thank you enough for all you do.”

“Alcove Hollywood is a great option for remote workers like me who need a quiet space to focus. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. The studio was compact but had everything I needed. The only downside was the size, as it felt a bit cramped at times. Overall, a solid choice for those looking for a convenient and affordable living situation. 4/5 stars.”
“I’ve lived here since January 2024. When I first moved in, the place was unkept and run down. Getting ahold of the manager, let alone maintenance, was impossible, and safety was a major concern. Since the new manager, Kristy, came aboard over a year ago, there’s been an immediate and positive change in response times, professionalism, maintenance, and overall safety. When I first moved here, it was meant to be temporary, but now it feels like home and i don’t give good reviews ever so take note..”
