“I've been here for about 5 months and I can honestly say this is the most comfortable place I've ever lived. It's surprising how nice things are relative to the cost of living. The amenities are awesome. The gym is adequate, but I would kill for a squat rack. Nicer than a hotel gym but not complete. The sauna gets hot enough and is kept clean. And the views. Oh my goodness. Getting to see the sun rise over the mountains from the gym is a pretty incredible way to start the day.”

“We have lived here for two years. It is quiet, has an excellent location, and the property is bordered by woods and sounds of nature on three sides. The leasing team here has always been really excellent, but the general management was really struggling until the new manager, Carlos, arrived. Since then, Barclay Village is absolutely flourishing - the place is clean, maintenance is very timely, and the events are amazing (for example, they recently threw a Hawaiian pool party with delicious barbecue and music that rivaled events that we went to on Kauai when we lived there for several years). The staff is extremely on top of everything and very friendly and honoring to tenants. When you walk into the office, you are treated like friends and family. I highly recommend Barclay Village now that this new positive change has been made!”

“I’ve lived here for several years. Site manager is very responsive and helpful. Communication is always on point and if you need something fixed or checked out, they’re on it in a jiffy. They also host holiday door decoration contests for prizes. I don’t participate, but if you’re into that, it could be fun for you. Close to the blue line max, plaid pantry, and eateries.. this is a good price for the location.”

“I lived at The Arden for most of 2023. Overall I was very happy, especially for the cost. I had a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom for about $1,700.The good:The staff was always friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance was excellent. Zach was very friendly and always did great work.The apartment was very nice. Besides the front door, the apartment was virtually soundproof. I never heard my neighbors TV or them talking.I didn't use many of the amenities but there's an Amazon locker, gym, sauna, BBQ, dog park, kids park, and a seasonal hot tub and pool.I was given a free garage in exchange for living on the third floor. That saved me a ton of money on storage.The grounds were always clean and the office is the nice and welcoming.The could be better:The hallways/stairs to my building were kind of dirty. Nothing too bad.Parking is rough sometimes. I had a garage and paid for an open spot (not an assigned spot) and there were many days where I had to park on the road behind the complex.I wasn't a fan of the new app that you pay rent on.Had a creepy neighbor. Nothing crazy, just said rude things to me so I avoided him like the plague.No A/C.If I ever move back to Gresham, I will contact The Arden again. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a nicer, affordable place that's above average.”

“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

“Try to move in on this 7/18 but after did the application online for more than one week, still no progress and feel hopeless for this leasing officer. Everything look like a problem to her even applicant signature which she said it missing! I don’t know why this’s happen because when I did online application, it forced me to sign to completed.Now I have 5 days left to the moving date but still no update.Look like I have to looking for the new place.I will update again after 7/18 to see what going on.Update : After followed up with manager almost everyday, Finally got the room in time. “I lived at this location for over 8 years. I have seen several leasing agents and office managers transition through the company over the years and the majority have been positive interactions. The highlight of my 8 year residential experience, however, has been working with Corianna. Every living environment has both elements that detract or enhance the experience as would be expected. Corianna made my experience living at Powell Valley Farms the very best I have ever encountered. I have traveled a lot with a military career and civilian job assignments and Powell Valley is my longest tenure to date. That is because of Corianna. She is always positive, ready to help with literally anything even if it is not directly her responsibility, and has regularly gone out of her way to make sensible accommodations where necessary. I would not have stayed at this location for as long as I did without her. I could not recommend this property as a housing option to anyone if Corianna left. It is rare to meet someone who is genuinely kind, considerate, and always looking out for the best interests of their residents. Corianna is a very special person and I will never forget her.”

“Lived here almost 2 years now and this is the best managing and maintenance staff I’ve ever experienced. Very friendly and quick to respond to queries/concerns/maintenance issues. Location is great as it is in walking distance to the bus, shopping, library, park, and elementary school. Nice walking paths around complex to take your dog and they provide bags! Highly recommend checking it out here if you are looking for a new place to live!”
