“I pked out a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to friends. Due to living in another state I purchased online. A few things transpired at home that made me have to cancel my order. I ended up calling and leaving a message as they were closed with my cancellation request. I was contacted the next day and the staff was so nice and accommodating! They went out of their way to assist me with this cancellation and it was able to go through without any extra charges. Both people I talked with were very personable and I am looking forward to purchasing all of my Portland area flowers through them. Thank you!!”

“Botanica provided centerpieces for our rehearsal luncheon as well as the bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. Everything was gorgeous. I would highly recommend Josef and his team. We asked for no white and for bright warm colors and they did an amazing job. For the bouquets, I sent a small mood board and a few specific requests; they sent back a proposal, I asked for a few small changes which they accepted, and then the flowers showed up on time and were perfect! Communication was easy and prompt. My mother-in-law picked up the rehearsal centerpieces and they were packed really well and were very easy to transport ourselves to multiple places over the weekend. We found Botanica on a friend’s recommendation and will be recommending them to others.”

“For valentines day I got my GF a gorgeous bouquet of roses. Price was super legit and they were absolutely gorgeous. I walked in and picked them up. They were super friendly and funny. I brought them to my GF at work and she almost fainted. All the gals there were like oooooooooooooo and it made my GF feel so special. Because they were literally the most gorgeous roses and set up so perfectly. Other than out of state deliveries, Beaumont Florist is it for me. Great job here.”

“Update: Shop actually called me and helped me replace the flowers and they are very sweet and fast with their reply. As I said before not the shops fault for the delivery and would 100% recommend them and will come back here to purchase flowers. so I ordered two different bouquets with star flower and decided to try a new shop because their selection looks amazing and unique. so I went ahead and ordered for delivery and I'm assuming it was during delivery but on both bouquets there were damaged flowers some completely fell off and some of the flowers looked in bad shape. also water had spilled out and wet the box they were in. I've reached out hopefully at the very least they are paying attention to who's delivering because they aren't being careful. also for $250 and $150 I was hoping for a little better service.”

“Pre Pandemic, I stopped in to this Illusion Florist and Events for single stem flowers (in pink or purple) as a surprise for my Darling Husband. There were usually plenty of flowers to choose from. Most afternoons when I was there, there were also a few white roses available. The shop owner was usually preparing for an upcoming event. Three times, when I stopped by there was a hand written note on the door stating that the storefront was closed (there was a cell phone number to call for an appointment, though). I'm not sure how many times I bought flowers here since 2014. My guesstimate (guess + estimate = guesstimate) is five times. The storefront is located in the middle of the smaller building next to the corner gas station at 122nd and Southeast Stark Streets on the Northeast corner of that intersection on Stark Street. Sometimes, the drapes are closed. I recommend calling your order ahead of time... about three to four days. Unless you are planning an event (call ahead about two weeks to two months ahead of your event).”
